What do you like best about the product?
It has so many amazing features. It makes my life and job stress free. I enjoy the scoops feature. It is above and beyond any other tool I have used. The organizational charts are also very helpful so you know how to get to the right person instead of going through gatekeepers. Discover org is the best tool on the market. I love discover org it is the best I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt much I dislike about it, it has an easy dashboard. the competition isnt even close to what discover.org has to offer. I will recommend it to any one that i work with or know that is currently working inside the business development world thank you discover org you are the best know one can touch what you can do
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to help me find quality leads. Scoops is an amazing feature that allows you insight on what a company is looking for. It is the best tool for a business development role and would recommend it to any company out there. thank you discover org thank you thank you tou are truly a lifesaver i cant live without you. you are the best and i want all people to use you. thank you thankyou thank you thank you

Quick and easy way to find the necessary IT contacts

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of data on most customers. This gives a great way to target specific people and let marketing get more people to market to as well. Nice to get a corporate hierarchy for companys with subsidiaries. Makes finding which territory they go into easy. We use DiscoverOrg as our source of truth for company employee size which determines which team the company falls to. Scoops is a very valuable tool that appears to be pretty accurate. Maybe slightly delayed in reporting, but compared to other tools with a similar feature Scoops is in a league of its own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the contact info is outdated. You will choose 15 people within a department and on average 4 or 5 of the emails will bounce back. Most are due to the fact they no longer work for the company. This is to be expected with any search tool of this size, so really not a big problem. Not much else I would complain about at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps give final say as to where a company is headquartered and how many employees they have. We use these metrics to divide our sales territories internally. We are new to utilizing scoops, but they appear to have great potential on giving us a heads up to new projects our prospects are about to engage in.

What do you like best about the product?
My team leverages Discoverorg as a solid starting point when creating a contact list for prospecting, or for understanding a company's hierarchy. Great contacts for HR, Security and IT. I love the export capabilities and list match function.
What do you dislike about the product?
List match could be more accurate for websites and DUNS. Not great for Customer Service contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for pulling a large list of contacts w a very specific criteria set.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to follow contacts and create lists. This allows me to target certain verticals or industries in a more efficient manner
What do you dislike about the product?
The plug-in does not always sync up with who I am looking at either in Salesforce or LinkedIn
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to prospect much more effectively using a combination of LinkedIn and DiscoverOrg, which allows me to make sure that I am getting in touch with the correct people, ultimately helping me reach my sales goal

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is very easy to use. It provides you filter options do make your search as targeted as possible. It also shows the date on when it was last updated -which is very important.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I probably don't like about it is that you can't search for a specific name under the employee tab. There's no name option, you can do it under additional details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the right information to the right people, and at the right time. With the help of DiscoverOrg we lessened our email bounce rates.

The depth of filters to find the most relevant contacts with accurate information

At times can be slow and has had companies with inaccurate information

We are cleaning up our salesforce while hunting for new logos. DiscoverOrg primarily helps us identify the most ideal customer profile for us to pursue with outbound marketing and direct sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the scoops and the organization charts. A lot of extra info and internal insights that I don't see with other software. Especially pain points. Also like the information about technology used by the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site can really drag if you have too many windows open at once. Freezes up my browser. Definitely prefer the main site to the Sales Force tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of new and interesting information. Really helps with trying to find the exact reason to reach out to a client and see their pain points to tailor the calls to the client before speaking to them.
