What do you like best about the product?
I love the chrome extension - brings up a summary of a company along with prospect's numbers and emails when I need them in a timely manner. Great way to list match with my current prospecting lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
When uploading lists there are times where the numbers do not align correctly This can be frustrating because I am calling false numbers for difference accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospects contact information and finding new companies under specific industries. This has helped me find information quickly and saves me much time when prospecting and pulling lists.

What do you like best about the product?
Employee search across multiple records, as well as subscribing to scoops for my records.
What do you dislike about the product?
That our Salesforce database was built before the integration with DiscoverOrg, so there are hassles and mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uncovering new opportunities with Scoops allowing me to penetrate accounts more effectively.

It's been great. Lot's quality leads-- Love the fact they do the research, saving my team a lot of time

Expansive but top heavy
What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic network, giving me access to at minimum a database of companies in the field I am recruiting for.I really like the vast amount of emails that are provided along with the connection to the company and person's linkedin. The amount of leads that I have gathered post/pre Discover Org has been extensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was more info on lower level employees. More direct. If we could connect to more CRM's like PCR that would be great. Some C-level direct are not truely direct, but understandable. More information on job postings would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company lists and C-Level execs. Prior to this I had to spend a great amount of time just finding a company name in the field/location that I was interested in. Now I have it all at hand.

Zoom info purchase was huge.

What do you like best about the product?
Interface is easy to navigate with minimal training, and Information is relevant and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scoops could have more information. Older scoops are not helpful as they are from the past couple years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using as a prospecting tool to target geographical areas. We are ale to pull lists within zip codes to dial in on prospects that are using certain technology and able to use the scoops to have a talking point.
Overall has great info on contact information, however, is still lacking in the technology area.
What do you like best about the product?
As mentioned before, when prospecting, I can always find the contact information for a prospect when I can't seem to find it anywhere else.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am prospecting a certain companies current technologies, like eCommerce platform, they have multiple platforms listed when there should only be one. I tend to use other tools to find this information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding out the right people to reach out to. I have set several meetings just by using this tool to find the right people.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to use and the quality of the customer service. Super easy to set up and tons of options for learning more about the tool itself. I also love how easy it is to connect with these people on LinkedIn after you find them in the DO database
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some issues with spam reports - however, DO has helped me figure out how to overcome them. Their team is so responsive that I'm not left out to dry waiting on an answer.
It would also be nice if they could allow multiple users under one account so that the saved searches are viewable for everyone.

We use it to find leads that are specifically looking for our services. This includes people in certain company roles, scoops on companies with specific needs, etc.

It's worth trying out

The constant updates to contract information is extremely valuable

The company content can be a little hard to read. If a company is utilizing a lot of different softwares, can be hard to find.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of names in their database, good coverage of email addresses and phone numbers. Good integration with Salesforce.com. Scoops are a unique feature and can be useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't block customer names across all ID's. Online help is not as robust as it needs to be and is sometimes out of date. The user interface is a bit clumsy and not organized / labeled as well as we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead lists for mailing / drip campaigns. We have identified some MQL's through these campaigns.
