What do you like best about the product?
Besides having industry leading scoops, accurate contact details, I love the ability to see the org structure and see who influences who.
I enjoy that the information is updated without me having to do my own research.

I have not found anything that I dislike to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of discover org definitely relate directly to increasing the speed of my prospecting and giving me more accurate information. With increased speed and accurately, I can bring in more revenue.
Previously, we had issues getting accurate emails and hone numbers for commercial accounts.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pay attention to the demo session that your account manager will put on when you first bring Discover Org live. Even though being a great product and making your job easier, if you don't know where the tools are, they can't help you.
I like DO more then the others I’ve used.

I like the accuracy of the content the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way that contacts and companies are categorized as DO may choose to classify them in one category when they likely belong in more than one category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DO helps reduce the amount of time spent prospecting not only companies but the correct contacts within those companies.

The amount of data that is delivered for useful effective prospecting

There are quite a bit of filters but if we could filter addresses that would help. Also very small businesses seem to not have much data in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems benefits have been great contact info.
Accurate, detailed information helping make prospecting more efficient.

I like the amount of filters that allow you to be as broad or narrow to your target as possible.

The credits are a bit challenging to manage, but the team is very responsive to getting more credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer contact has always been a problem, especially getting the contact information to the key players. This helps not only identify key players more easily, but it also provides the contact information and business description.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to search fields based on what criteria matches what I'm looking for. Whether the info is updated or not, it's a great place to speak on with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that there is no information on the contact/person except general phone or email. It would be nice to hear more of their role and title within the company.

Ability to modify Dashboard even more.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get direct contact information, see updated initiatives within a company, and knowing that this information is verified by human beings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that humans have to verify/update information is a blessing and curse. Sometimes I find that the jobs or company hierarchy is not up to date because that information must be verified and relies largely on self-reporting from customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest business problem is getting in touch with individuals inside accounts that have "gone dark" during the sales or renewal process. Some benefits include: (1) the data provided through the search function help to map out and prioritize accounts in different territories; (2) being able to personalize outreach to new prospects in a timely manner through scoops.

It is great for generating leads very quickly. There are many parameters to set so you can source leads from a variety of organizations. You're given access to information that competitors may not have.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the information can be outdated or incorrect. Sometimes organization sizes are wrong, or a lead is no longer with that company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales development and cold calling overall is difficult, but ZoomInfo makes that process easier by giving you direct access to the right people, everywhere from lower-level to C-Level.

Absolutely. It will streamline your sales force and create a better way to generate sales qualified leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the easy of use with the product first. Next would be the integrations with different platforms like Outreach then would be the amount of data available on the accounts/prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin the lack of visibility into the team and what they are doing. Because we use this as a sourcing tool for prospects it would be great to have easy visibility into what my team is doing and what records they are exporting.

The product is definitely worth the cost. Only drawback might be if you deal in high volume the cost might be too much for a startup type company looking to really get going.

Discovery org did a good job . It is usefull to find out the Prospective companies with the accurate data. It will be very usefull for those who using for business streamline to get good growth in their business needs.

As if now i dint saw any difficlties to find the relavent companies as well contacts with direct phone Numbers & accurate Email Id's.
