Best Tool for Prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to verify emails and find direct dials. Finding how company org chart is structured and being able to filter by title, role, etc. is huge
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest issue so far has been incorrect mobile numbers. Some contacts don't have emails, occasionally employee will no longer work there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives me the best opportunity to find out who to target. Can build out accounts so much easier and faster than with other tools
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a sales or service team that does a lot of prospecting into new accounts you have to give them this tool if you want them to be successful

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Discover Org is extremely user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are unviewable contacts that I would think would be under the data package that we have purchased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Discover Org drastically cut the time our sales team uses to obtain contact information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely worth the money. It paid for itself multiple times over already in our first year.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, finding people could not find in other competitor products, also able to find emails other products do not have
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much so far, will continue to use to see how it goes

Ability to get peoples names, email and phone number quickly, benefits are saving lots of time

I prefer the classic view before 2.0 but its a great tool for sales teams

I don't like the 2.0 version the ease of use has decreased since the original

What do you like best about the product?
Notification of email opens and link clicks. Analytics of email templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited analytics over time, since it only stores 1 month of data. Difficult to modify scheduled email campaigns - you have to cancel and reschedule them. No easy way to determine if there are pending scheduled emails to a contact. It only shows a limited number of scheduled campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email metric tracking helps us determine the most successful email content and subject line.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it before you buy it. It is good for light use, but power users may be frustrated by the limited searching and reporting functions.

What do you like best about the product?
we can see when a prospect opens our email or pings our website, allowing us to reach out immediately. Also, the call detail dashboard...
What do you dislike about the product?
there are a few limitations on how many emails may be sent at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are seeing improved dialing figures through the call tracking KPI dashboard.

Tellwise is great!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact that you can track so much data. There are so many different reports you can pull up to help you be more successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are to many moving parts but totally worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We call out of Tellwise and it helps to track who we have called and follow up tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to streamline searches through multiple filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been having some issues with adding the plug-in for LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is allowing our group the ability to create more micro targeted prospecting searches in industry verticals that we work in.

Tellwise Brings Enjoyment Back To Cold Calling

What do you like best about the product?
Tellwise is a one of the best tools I've used for cold calling and breaking into new accounts. Their conference bridge calling, click-to-dial, pre-recorded voicemails, and data tracking make it easy to achieve 100+ calls a day. I no longer have to manually dial or leave numerous voicemails. These tools plus their email campaign have saved me significant amounts of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only area I could see improvement on is its CRM Integration. Integration with more CRM solutions (NetSuite) would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented Tellwise to increase productivity, maximize efficiency, and gather data. Tellwise has lived up to its expectations plus more. I am able to reach more contacts with less effort. The amount of data gathered provides insight on whats working and whats not working. This has allowed me to get in front of more contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you log a call and say the person is not interested it would be great if they removed them from the sales flow. This may be a feature already...I apologize if it is. The only other recommendation i have is the learning team. The L&D team that provides training needs to adjust to the audience they are presenting to. I am the main user for my company. I have been providing my own training's for reps as they better relate to them.
