What do you like best about the product?
Data is clean - also if you find something that isn't, their team respond promptly with a fix.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing to salesforce has thrown up some problems, nothing deal breaking, just frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Source as many new leads in the USA and EMEA as possible.

No data provider is perfect - however discoverorg is the best we've tried

What do you like best about the product?
Being new to prospecting, I didn't know where to start when looking for prospects contact information. DiscoverOrg makes it really simple to find all the necessary contact information such as phone number, email address and even OrgChart information. My favorite part is being able to mass import to Salesforce with their integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like about DiscoverOrg is that it sometimes is glitchy when using the search-bar. You will search the first and last name of the person and something totally unrelated will surface. This requires you to either condense your search or continue to refresh which can be time consuming. Obviously not every person I look up is listed but I know that is not at fault of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less time searching and more time doing my job! Very quick to find the information and get on with whatever tasks I need to on that given day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Integrate with Salesforce! Ensures you don't have to do any data entry because you can mass upload contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
They have a lot of the names we are looking for but there is also a lot of false information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wrong information & also didn't appreciate the lies that their sales team told during the sales process. We were sold an unlimited edition for thousands of dollars & then they changed it after we paid for the product. Literally bald-faced lies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need the email address & phone numbers of certain contacts to help our sales funnel process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo also does not integrate with BullHorn which is one of the most popular CRMs on the planet.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the nitty gritty data and the combination with Salesforce. I adore the simple entry with ZoomInfo and the measure of exact data that the site has. It was additionally extremely simple to assemble records and put something aside for future reference and the separating alternatives were granular. I can rapidly seek and get the prompt outcomes I need. It additionally works admirably giving precise contact data. It additionally makes it amazingly simple to run vast lead records for promoting efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
We use ZoomInfo for two main reasons. To import net new records into our Sales and Marketing systems to launch marketing campaigns and our sales executives use the data for their sales prospecting.
we also use ZomInfo to Enrich our sales and marketing databases. all existing records get enriched and cleaned by ZoomInfo regularly.
All new leads though, get cleaned real time which means our sales reps who receive the leads do not need to manually research leads with incomplete information since all leads get enriched by ZoomInfo before they are assigned to the sales executives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is normally much higher than what other vendors in the space offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve our email deliverability ratio by acquiring high quality contact records from ZoomInfo.
Most of ZoomInfo contact records have direct hone numbers which improves our overall call to conversation ratio.

I do recommend to do some due diligence and determine what your organization's data needs are to ensure you are adopting the right ZoomInfo product.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Chrome extension. I use it every time that I look at a company to get revenue and contacts with emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides yet. I'm finding contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm finding the most accurate contact information. We used to use a service and were getting many bad contacts with bouncebacks; ZoomInfo is providing accurate

Okay Product / Poor Customer Experience

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to upload a list of companies and filter results before exporting and using credits. You can do this in excel via a preview file so it is easy to filter out the data you don't want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I reached out to Zoominfo 3 months ahead of our renewal b/c we had only used a third of our allotted credits and wanted an extension of our contract. They could not extend but agreed to give us another 12 months contract and all of our credits. Weeks later when I requested the contract, I was denied the original offer and the price was increased by 40%. We attempted to negotiate even offering to sign on at the original amount with fewer seats and no additional credits, but all our attempts were denied. It truly seemed like a money grab with no regard to our business needs (at one point offering more credits, which we didn't need based on our contract and usage history). Our account manager also disappeared shortly after originally signing.

In addition to the above we found the technographic data was about 50% accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using zoominfo to scrub event lists as well as identify target accounts and contacts by technology, geography, companies size, vertical, and revenue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a pretty good product. Test the technology data they supply and if they give you a written offer, get it in a contract immediately or they may change their mind.

Complete Game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate information given with dynamic search options. Being able to narrow down results with filters in geographic areas as well as specific verticals makes finding the appropriate contacts needed quickly and efficiently. Being able to then save those searches so i can then go back and create multiple options to choose from makes prospecting potential clients extremely quick. I can then also make lists that i can use for existing clients as in my industry who may be contact today could likely be out of the that organization by the next time i need to reach them,I am able to quickly add this information into sales force which updates all my account contact information to supreme accuracy. This system has saved me hours of time in just the short few weeks of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a little clunky with the tabs on the left. I think it could be formatted a little better from a more user-friendly perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to easily obtain names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, titles, company info and much more in minutes rather than the hours and days it would normally take. I am able to make complete accurate call lists that put me in touch with the people i need to speak with to create a bigger sales funnel and ultimately more sales. I am able to quickly add this information into sales force which updates all my account contact information to supreme accuracy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Request a trial and you will be amazed at how much time you can invest back into other operations in your career.

"Incredible for prospecting and qualifying leads"

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a point by point and easy to understand device for prospecting. The granularity of the looks takes into consideration compact, precise, nitty gritty scans for imminent customers. The capacity to tweak seeks with channels, for example, area, direct versus HQ lines, and individual offices has made the life of a BDR substantially more basic and time viable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo has a great deal of capacities and I'm certain I'm just touching the most superficial layer. The experience is incredible despite everything i'm finding what it can do. I might want seeks on this device to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ZoomInfo to find figures quickly and with accuracy thus prospecting and developing our business. We can legitimately call prospects. I approach direct telephone numbers and messages of those potential clients that I need to target. Zoominfo has helped us effectively develop our business.
