Good database for Sales Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is a good tool for prospecting net new contacts and also finding reliable contact info, like phone number
What do you dislike about the product?
The filter when prospecting could be adjusted like the one in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it to prospect and identify contact info

Get enough credits for prospecting with it
Zoom info has tons of direct dials

The layout and ease of use of zoom is outstanding, easy workflow easy to navigate an account

the only thing i dont like is having to clear a search criteria

The search engine is extremely easy to use

All spelling has to be exact. If not exact must research other search engines to determine the proper person or company name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding email addresses and phone #'s in very quick time. Very efficient.

Ease of use. The company search is my favorite part. Great info and very relevant.

Nothing at this time. I just started using the software in the last 6 months and it is working great so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospect information in our system is sometimes wrong. ZoomInfo finds the corrected info and allows me to research companies we would like to do business.

ZoomInfo provides e-mails, titles and phone numbers for contacts, It is always up to date so you get the most current information. It is easy to read and navigate. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always have the company I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am updating contacts with more current information. It is helping me keep my database current.

Just make sure it meets your company's needs. It may not have everything you need. It works for what I use it for, which is getting new leads.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use to find exactly who you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side I see is that you have to look at the dates to make sure you are getting the most current record.

Way less research needed to find the contacts you need.

What do you like best about the product?
I like knowing that when I need to find a specific decision maker that I can go to ZoomInfo and find the information I need within seconds. The interface is user friendly and ZoomInfo is one of the first windows I open on my computer in the morning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the info is extremely outdated. I do have days when I call on a contact and they haven't worked at the prospect for over 2 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting to my target decision makers faster and with less obstruction from gatekeepers who are getting better and better at screening sales calls.

You need to be very specific with what you input into the system. The more specific you are the better your results.
