Nothing short of Excellent!

What do you like best about the product?
Some of the most valuable data and contacts have come from this system and we have enjoyed such correct information. An enormous amount of business has been generated due to the validity of the contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are hiccups but they can be easily fixed by contacting DiscoverOrg.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of leads our company has generated is unheard of in our industry!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a test run and look into it a little more to actually see if it is worth your money. It is something that will cost you a good chunk but it is more than worth it if you are looking to improve your leads.

Detailed org chart and contact info, in most cases.

It took me longer than I would have liked to learn how to navigate, and feel that I am still not utilizing the tool 100%

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to access the correct info!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have all direct contact information- email/phone number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I been able to get in contact with the correct contact within the organizations- making it easier to start a conversation and discuss our offer.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the most complete source of information for finding new leads used in our lead generation and analytics process. The export process is flawless and allows us easily manipulate and analyze the data. The search process is simple, and efficient returning results within the specified criteria. There is a plethora of tutorials at your fingertips to address any questions you might come across.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that I dislike about Zoominfo except the occasional hiccup with the enhance and export functions but the efficiency of when it does works makes it worth overlooking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo simplifies our lead generation process by helping us find and cross reference hot leads for marketing and sales efforts. The wealth of information Zoominfo provides and the ease to which we can export makes this the ideal service for all lead and new contact prospecting efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Honestly, give it a shot, it will change you're sales and marketing strategy if used correctly.

The info is updated often and accurately. Exporting to outreach is super easy.

Sometimes the number of employees at companies is inaccurate

Zoom info has made self sourcing and prospecting easier for me

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to get the direct phone number and email address of many of the key people at an institution I am trying to contact. This has saved hours upon hours of research to track down key contacts at a institution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue I face is that some of the contracts do not list direct numbers and have general phone numbers listed. Many times you cannot reach the contact as the number listed is for a call center and they will not transfer you to contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching the key people in an organization. This tools has saved hours of research on web sites, LinkedIn and other sites trying to track down key players in an organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool, worth the money.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the tool is to use and that a simple search provides all of the accessible information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some profiles aren't entirely up to date with emails or direct numbers but at least gives you the basics needed to dive in further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role, the most difficult part is connecting with new clients. ZoomInfo is providing me the tool to find all their contact information in one place. Between direct office lines, HQ number, cell phones, and addresses I now have a number of different avenues to reach out to each target of mine.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend at least starting with a trial to see if it will work for you. I have found it incredibly beneficial, especially the upgrades which are available.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has a huge database with accurate information making it very easy to find the people you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take longer than expected to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating contact information in Salesforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use, can start using the first day you get your login credentials.

What do you like best about the product?
Use ZoomInfo with Salesforce and Chrome, the interface is helpful to seamlessly move information from ZoomInfo to Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point I have no issues with ZoomInfo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of time it saves on the research of leads is massive. Some of our lead list will have a contact but we are usually looking for the assistant to the President or CEO and with ZoomInfo it makes it easy to find the correct person on most accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should have started using it yesterday!!

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is set up with ease of use in mind, is fluid, has a lot of thought out links to a contact's linkedIn, and is a very smooth system overall
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the titles are a little out of date, that being said, it is all based on ZoomInfo business model so it is to be expected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems, ZoomInfo has allowed my company to talk to the right people with VERY high success rates for the right contact. It is the exception not the rule that I will find the contacts that I am looking for in a niche market with a lot of C-Suite level individuals on the site.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the perfect product if you have a niche market you are attempting to get into. C-Suite individuals are common and the system is perfect if you have a CRM that you want to fill with your future prospects. Pleasantly surprisingly rare to not be able to find a contact I am looking for.
