Great integrations with SFDC

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of filtering and uploading via the integrations with SFDC makes my job of finding new contacts very quick and easy. I also find that the quickness of the research requests is consistent and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was a former RainKing user and I miss the option to load a list and then use that list to limit to/exclude from a search. I know there are workarounds but I think the older way was a little more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick uploads to CRM, double checking locations and offices for decision makers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Push for open integration with CRM so that individuals can upload and update information to the CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
It has drastically improved on Zoominfo and made it easier to search for contacts as well as their positions in companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, has all been peaches and roses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it day to day for sales outreach and to find the correct contacts in organizations to target with my outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales rep, DiscoverOrg is an essential tool in my day to day prospecting. Love how everything you need to know about a company is easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the technologies tab could be more accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been incredibly beneficial to my every day prospecting. It's easy to customize to specific accounts/territories that you need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it, it's a great tool to have and has all the information that you need when prospecting. It provides great insight to a company including org charts, technologies, basic information, company description, and contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to find contacts, and frequently their direct lines or cell numbers. Makes the difference when you're working on multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo isn't as intuitive as it could be, but the power it offers offsets that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems, but the benefits are massive. Quickly find emails, numbers, and direct dials of your prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With the ZoomInfo - ReachOut plugin for Chrome, it couldn't be any easier to get your prospect's info. Quite useful.

easy to use, great filters like location, job title that help filter to find the best leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
some emails bounce back, and sometimes there is no direct numbers

a huge time saver not having to waste time trying to locate leads information

What do you like best about the product?
All the information I need for prospecting all in one place. Date is clean and reliable. Importing and exporting capabilities that are unmatched!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not identified any areas of dislike while utilizing ZoomInfo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting information in one place I don't have to go to several sources for data
Clean data is the BEST data
Recommendations to others considering the product:
GO FOR IT! You won't be disappointed! Even if you're a first time user or a Zoom Info "Super User" you MUST try it out to see for yourself how amazing of a product it really is.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to search for companies by technology stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
As might be expected, actual contact info is not always up to date. Some contacts no longer work at companies as listed in Zoom or their numbers have changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ZoomInfo to find relevant contacts that would be interested in hearing more about our product. The data world is fairly niche, so it helps to find companies with a relevant stack and then find individuals with relevant titles.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn to search by technology stack and create reports. This will save you time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the extensive lists that are able to be put together as well as having the ability to export to cross reference with internal lead lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information can be out of date and requires it to be cross referenced with other sources to verify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables me to have multiple contacts within a company in order to follow up on current opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an excellent tool to gather information from your sales prospects and ensure you are in contact with all of the right people within the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Can create my own target list and find decision makers quickley
What do you dislike about the product?
When someone has changed jobs it doesn't update for a while
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to connect with the right person, saving money on creating a list instead of buying a list where it is 60% accurate. ZoomInfo is about 90% accurate.

Great tool. Allows you to target a certain industry, annual revenue, Titles.
