What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the phone numbers and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the RainKing and Discover data are still separated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to ensure that I am able to communicate with prospects because I have accurate information and a benefit is that is saves time from having to try to obtain phone numbers and emails from other places.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used so many data tools that out there and DisoverOrg has the most accurate and up-to-date info.
Very Powerful Toolset
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to gather detailed prospect information is critical. I am able to focus on prospects that are using a specific software tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being it is research based, it does not have a number of accounts that I would like to be able to get information about. This leave me still needing another tool. We are considering adding the ZoomInfo data into the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We not have very clean and updated sales and marketing contacts that we have never had before. The ability to push the data directly into Salesforce or Pardot is key and saves my teams a massive amount of time in data entry and list uploads.
Great contact data for who they have
What do you like best about the product?
When the person is in DiscoverOrg, that data is always correct and the map if the account is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find many of my target contacts in LinkedIn Sales Nav, but they are not in DiscoverOrg.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting contact info for target contacts.

Easy to pull report and mass exporting. Also, the Scoops are very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I found as a dislike. Maybe If I use it more I will but as of right now everything about DiscoverOrd is great.

Connecting with C level executives to identify ERP projects in their company
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take them up on their Traning Webinars. They are very helpful

DiscoverOrg is a valuable resource for keeping prospect and client data updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there may be discrepancies in information but DiscoverOrg reps are eager to research and make any changes requested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily identifies organizational structure so you know where in a prospect company you can begin outreach then branch out.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickly understanding alignment structure and key responsibilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Selecting a lot of people (but not 100% of them) could be easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to the right people the first time.
Great integrations with SFDC
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of filtering and uploading via the integrations with SFDC makes my job of finding new contacts very quick and easy. I also find that the quickness of the research requests is consistent and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was a former RainKing user and I miss the option to load a list and then use that list to limit to/exclude from a search. I know there are workarounds but I think the older way was a little more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick uploads to CRM, double checking locations and offices for decision makers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Push for open integration with CRM so that individuals can upload and update information to the CRM.
Discover ORG has been a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
It has drastically improved on Zoominfo and made it easier to search for contacts as well as their positions in companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, has all been peaches and roses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it day to day for sales outreach and to find the correct contacts in organizations to target with my outreach.

As a sales rep, DiscoverOrg is an essential tool in my day to day prospecting. Love how everything you need to know about a company is easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the technologies tab could be more accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been incredibly beneficial to my every day prospecting. It's easy to customize to specific accounts/territories that you need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it, it's a great tool to have and has all the information that you need when prospecting. It provides great insight to a company including org charts, technologies, basic information, company description, and contact information.

Easy way to find contacts, and frequently their direct lines or cell numbers. Makes the difference when you're working on multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo isn't as intuitive as it could be, but the power it offers offsets that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems, but the benefits are massive. Quickly find emails, numbers, and direct dials of your prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With the ZoomInfo - ReachOut plugin for Chrome, it couldn't be any easier to get your prospect's info. Quite useful.
