Daily user, Critical to Sellers
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, integrations into the likes of Sales Nav, LinkedIn and also CRM! To be able to quickly gain insight, contact details and other useful statistics, buyer intent, webvisits it's brilliant, Saves me multiple hours in each day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike persay, there's so many features that i've not even explored yet, all that i'm sure add great value in their own right!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time researching, creating prospecting lists allowing me time to hit out bound prospecting sessions harder and with information under my nose.
The ability to gain contact details, specifically telephone numbers, Prospecting has always and always will work better over the phone or in person

Generally helpful for pulling accurate data and information on leads. Integrates well with our CRM

Expensive, way too much for SMEs and startups

Zoominfo is a prospecting gamechanger!
What do you like best about the product?
It provides up-to-date contact information, including direct phone numbers, emails, and even LinkedIn profiles, which makes reaching key decision-makers easier and faster. The Zoominfo team has been wonderful to work with, especially Devin Crory and Jake Thongsythavong!

Nothing so far! The platform has been easy to navigate and the training has been great!

data is not great in certain countries like malaysia and vietnam and thailand

i need to find contact information of prospects for coldcalling purposes, zoominfo has a convenient database for most of the accounts i want to target

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo Intent and Scoops.Which helps us to identify right accounts for Sales support

Zoominfo has 70% data accuracy which some times tough to get right phone number and email id.

Connecting to the right contact at right time. We can integrated through API to SFDC and we can fully automate it for Sales Reps.

can't select geography by county only zip code

Great for finding that target prospect!
What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the information provided on contacts/ leads is second to none. When I have an email but not direct number for a contact I just drop it into zoominfo and 9/10 times its in there.
When im trying to find new contacts for an account it gives me plenty of options for contacts and easily exports to the CRM or excel

What do you dislike about the product?
The abiltiy to import leads to the CRM sometimes leaves a few out when exporting large lists. I do like how it informs you of which ones it cannot export and the reason why but it would be great if it automatically exported to excel instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo bridges the gap on those accounts that would otherwise be closed out as no obtainable contacts. It allows me to get in 5x more conversations than what it would without it.
It also whens when Im build out large contact lists.
The intent data does give some direction on which account are open to engaging with us.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to research customers for sales. I use it every day, has so many features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not accurate on who the connections at the company may be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me filter customer intent in Saleforce and the workers at that company I will target.
Zoom info is a great way to go into a cold call with more information

none really, every once in a while i'll have to reboot but not often

I often get inquiries with no company name or phone number, only an email. Zoom info will often help me identify the company
