Good search data, not always accurate
What do you like best about the product?
The database is huge, and there are a lot of filters that allow you to slice your search into endless configurations (which can sometimes be overwhelming for less tech-savvy reps). The integration and API with Salesforce works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using just ZoomInfo sales, it's difficult to set global search restrictions and parameters for the sales team. We end up having to set Salesforce rules to prevent bad data inputs. Also, the data is sometimes inaccurate (defunct companies, wrong country, no website, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ZoomInfo to build our accounts and contacts database. We also use list match for conference lists and to match accounts from 3rd party data providers. Marketing uses websights workflows for Leads.

ZoomInfo is an effective Sales and Marketing tool for intent data
What do you like best about the product?
I would definitely recommend ZoomInfo. The tool is easy to use and the team is very hands on and supportive. They ensure your team feels enabled and consistently work to optimize your use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the account view of a company relative to intent data could be easier to find within the tool (searchable).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enriching data we get at events that are lacking email address and other relevant information.

Really easy to use and great integration with Saleforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data quality is usually correct but occasionally I get the wrong emails - which is understandable when working with contact data where people are constantly changing jobs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enriching/appending/correcting lead data - which is key to measuring marketing team goals and ensuring leads get routed to the correct sales teams. Bring new leads in our target market into our database.

Data quality. We have to enrich a lot of the emails and phone numbers from other sources.

Zoom info has helped us identify numerous potential leads as well as identify website visitors and interested companies and backfill lists of partial information.
What do you dislike about the product?
While its good for identifying leads, the ability to find the correct contact info can be harder to identify.

A great tool for every SDR
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me create tags for my CRM leads or leads from LinkedIn and get their contact details.
Highly appreciate their intent and websight feature I use them daily help me get warm contacts.
It can easily integrate with your website to get websights data and is easy to implement with my team.
Whenever in doubt, I reach out to customer support, and they take little time, but they get things done.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, contacts are not mapped with the correct LinkedIn IDs, and when I export, around 30-40% of the data is not in good shape; something is always missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get lead contact details and help me find my ICP easily with their advance search.
The amount of information is astonishing. This is a world class tool for any B2B sales organization.

What I like best is that it is very intuitive, and easy to use. The sheer amount of information that you have access to is invaluable.

I honestly cant find one thing that I don't love about it!

I use ZoomInfo Sales for lead mining and as a prospecting tool. Its beneficial in helping determine the right point of contact, their contact information, and even which contact method they are mostly likely to engage with.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is very easy to use and can be directly linked to linkedin sales navigator to ensure direct information on prospects. it is also free and easy to set up as a chrome extension so you can use it on any webpage also.
What do you dislike about the product?
the main downside of zoominfo is that sometimes the information is not up to date. there will be times i call a prospect using the number i got from zoominfo, and it will say the number is not in service. furthermore, there have been numerous times where the email will bounce as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is making prospecting easy. I can easily use it to capture prospect details and add them to my call list. it saves a lot of time as well via being able to mass import contacts also.
