Solid tool for enrichment data and now increased intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Responsive.And the data iis solid

IN the past, data has not always been reliable but that's improving

Culling lots of data about prospects and adding intent signals to enable a much more targeted and effective prospecting process

Great access to accurate contact information.

The cost is high and some of the additional features are an upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use zoom info for up to date contact information on our prospects. We find accurate emails as well as direct phone numbers and cell phones.
Access to Outside First Party Data
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is having access to quality leads outside of our first party data. Contacting people who we may not have known or even who they might not have known may have interest in our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A - maybe when considering implementation to CRM platform, assignment roles based on certain criteria.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connect qualified individuals to useful sales context.
Excellent tool for niche sales teams, helps to enter purchasing processes in an assertive manner
What do you like best about the product?
All the functions and filters it has, I think that making a correct selection of contacts and purchasing processes is very important for sales prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price factor, here I see the biggest challenge for small companies looking for a very comprehensive tool at an affordable price per user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Find the right events and customers for each product and service we sell. This helps to massify the search with a small work team and yield great results.
Powerful Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to access contact info on ZoomInfo is huge, but there's so much more to it. Using the Scoops features to get real time updates on company information is incredibly helpful to leverage for outreach to both new and old customers. One of my favorite aspects of it is using the ZoomInfo Chrome Extension while I'm sourcing on LinkedIn. This really helps make sourcing so much faster.

Sometimes the contacts aren't always updated as fast as LinkedIn.

Good search data, not always accurate
What do you like best about the product?
The database is huge, and there are a lot of filters that allow you to slice your search into endless configurations (which can sometimes be overwhelming for less tech-savvy reps). The integration and API with Salesforce works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using just ZoomInfo sales, it's difficult to set global search restrictions and parameters for the sales team. We end up having to set Salesforce rules to prevent bad data inputs. Also, the data is sometimes inaccurate (defunct companies, wrong country, no website, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ZoomInfo to build our accounts and contacts database. We also use list match for conference lists and to match accounts from 3rd party data providers. Marketing uses websights workflows for Leads.
