Extensive, Accurate Database with Intuitive Search
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a Business Development Rep and an end user of ZI. It has a substantial database of contacts with telephone numbers and email addresses. Its information about a firm's tech stack is usually pretty accurate. The database is put together in a pretty intuitive manner. It has good search parameters. It's telephone number data is correct about 90% of the time. Very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about ZI Sales that I can think of at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to contact potential leads in a company and basic information about a company.
Effortless Salesforce Imports and Accurate Leads for Cold Calling
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to import to salesforce. Also wildly accurate phone numbers for a cold caller like me
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Zoominfo LinkedIn integration makes me bounce back to the founders profile. Very weird

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how intuitive the platform is to use. The information is reliable and ZoomInfo is constantly implementing new features to streamline processes.

At times the data is outdated or unreliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to get in contact with my targeted prospects in a quick manner, which helps me book more meetings and gain more clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like ZoomInfo Sales because of its advanced search feature that helps in finding which numbers are most likely to answer. It's also very easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the outdated information.

I use ZoomInfo Sales for sales outreach and prospecting, helping me find emails and numbers.
Effortless WebSights Scraping Enhances Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to scrape WebSights on the page

The incorrect contact info throughout the platform and B contacts

Right now, the WebSights and Intent from G2 are great, as well as the contact easy import into SFDC
Effortless Setup and Seamless Integration with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I found ZoomInfo easy to implement, and I especially appreciated how straightforward it was to use the filtering options. Setting up filters was simple, which made it easy for us to download sheets for our own use. Another positive aspect was the quality of customer support we received. Since everyone in our organization had access to ZoomInfo through our organizational license about nine licenses in total our team could regularly download data and reach out to prospects. We frequently used the platform to download sheets for prospecting, and its integration with other software in our organization, such as Salesforce, was also quite seamless. Overall, ZoomInfo's extensive features were a great help in reaching out to potential clients. Our frequency of using zoom info was daily as we all are into sales so we need to use the tool daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, ZoomInfo provided data that was somewhat vague. Additionally, it lacked features such as email campaigns and calling, which meant we had to buy another tool, apollo.io, to handle calls and manage our campaigns. This limitation was a drawback of ZoomInfo for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales gives me access to intent data focused on the right verticals, which is especially useful in my role in IT sales. Since I often need to pitch to CXOs or company directors to sell various services, having detailed information about what each company does is crucial for crafting an effective sales pitch. ZoomInfo not only helps me gather this information, but also provides intent data that allows me to customize my approach for each company, making my outreach more targeted and relevant. Additionally, I can collect data on multiple companies at once, which streamlines the process and makes it much easier to identify and reach out to the most relevant prospects.
Comprehensive Contact Listings Make Client Outreach Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that ZoomInfo has so much detail and good contact listings. It makes finding and getting in touch with clients better. It also is very easy to use and I can use it several times a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can't find companies that list there name differently than the listing in ZoomInfo. It doesn't happen a lot...but...it has happened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helped us by providing a great place to find company information that we could not find by a typical Google search. It is also quicker than just using Google.
Essential Tool for Sales Insights and Lead Discovery
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to access information about the company, as well as the maps that help me see where decision makers are located, which ensures I stay within my sales territory. I also find it helpful that we can easily find emails and contact numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that Zoom frequently lists individuals as active employees, but when I try to contact them, I often discover that they actually left the company, sometimes as long as two or three years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is useful for finding leads and scheduling meetings.
Excellent Prospect Database with Verified Contacts
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great database for prospects and it includes contact information to help reach them. Most of that work is done for you and it even takes steps to verify and recommend the preferred way to contact the prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be cumbersome to navigate, especially if the user struggles with technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find information for prospects that I am trying to connect with, helps me identify people I might not have considered, and also recommends the best way to reach them and how.
Seamless Sync with Salesforce, Minor Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to sync with Salesforce and Gong. It syncs fast in real-time and saves a lot of hassle. The initial setup was good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It keeps on logging off and it cannot take more leads except on one page even when all are selected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to prospect and get details about location and phone numbers, which helps add people to Salesforce. It syncs fast in real-time with Salesforce and Gong, saving a lot of hassle.
