Year One W/ ZoomInfo
What do you like best about the product?
Custom intent topics, Webisights, and easily adding prospects to Outreach sequences with ease has been a game changer. The pipeline from my SDR team has 3x'd in some cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some team members have made comments regarding the "lack of updated" contact information in the K-12 sector.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo has provided us with the ability to prospect with better contact information, and use buying signals to engage with potential partners faster.
Decent platform that you’ll pay a premium for
What do you like best about the product?
Succinct information, decent accuracy. This is an easy to use platform that integrates well with CRM’s and other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data quality is around 80% in my opinion. Updates to contact and company information is often slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is a great tool for company research, contact finding and potential intent signals.
Good tool Sale information

Easy search and org chart for organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides as such. Not all information is updated and need to refer Linkedin Sales Navigator also.

Helps identify organisation chart
ZoomInfo has become a very important tool in my day to day activity

Accurate Search and great filtering capabilities. It really gives me a competitive advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bad email addresses and outdated job titles are troublesome.

It helps me to connect with the correct companies in each of out verticals.
Reliable Prospecting Tool with Accurate Data
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo Sales makes finding the right prospects so much easier. The contact database is detailed and often more accurate than other tools, i have tried. I like the filtering options and you can get really specific with the industry, job title, and company size. The Chrome extension is also a nice touch for quick lookups while browsing LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes smaller company details aren't as complete as I had like, but for mid to large businesses the data is usually spot on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us cut down on research time and focus more on outreach. we have been able to build targeted lists In minutes instead of hours, and its improved our responses rate because we're contacting the right people from the start.

You can directly get the contact details likes: Contact Number & Email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some contact's information is not available.

It helps me in my job to prospect new companies and prospect.
The accuracy level is good
What do you like best about the product?
You are given an option to select the accuracy level for the leads sourced. You can sort by relevance which enables you to find leads that are most likely to pick up or respond to your emails. I absolutely love the zoom extension because you can use in conjunction with sales navigator or LinkedIn and this makes things easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is not up to date. We have come across some people who have retired on LinkedIn but not updated on ZI. It is hardly the case but when it does happen it is a bummer. Also because we are based in South Africa the revenue range might be a bit off at times. ZI should accommodate other currencies such as rands, pounds and euros.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoominfo to source for contacts mainly direct, mobile and emails of decision makers in companies we are targeting.
Awesome Program
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has great features! The information available as proved to be of use to our hotel teams. It easily integrates with SalesForce which makes linking new accounts and contacts a breeze. I haven't needed customer support, but I would assume that they would be able to assist with anything I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
While some might find this helpful, I dislike the update that it shows recommended contacts first instead of the default buying group our company has selected. A lot of times, the recommended contacts are not people who we would benefit from contacting. Would like to see the old way returned to the account homepage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is taking a lot of the leg work of prospecting for our sales teams and therefore that is giving them more time to focus on outside sales efforts and truly building relationships with their clients.
ZoomInfo is the best tool I've used in sales.

The quality of the data, it's very clear and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably that we can't transfer credits from one user to another.

Interaction with decision makers instead of gate keepers.

What do you like best about the product?
All the new features are quite useful, the intent, scoops, and the recent one, the ZoomInfo Copilot feature, is quite helpful to start the conversation with any prospects or within in targeted account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not getting enough data for the APAC region. However, it is sufficient for now.

It is helpful in right prospecting for any specific geography, and we can apply filters as per our need.
