What do you like best about the product?
ease of use, nice UI experience, good admin tools and easy to control.
What do you dislike about the product?
major downside is cost, its an expensive tool compared to others in the market

Helps our sales teams find contacts and prospect with them accordingly.

ZoomInfo is a great source of truth to explore new markets and hot leads. It was great in the USA to obtain hot lead lists

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales provided the required and helpful insignts and tools to keep a track of the sales pipeline and align things to boost up the sales. It worked well with our CRM and outlook email. Implementation was like a piece of cake as team was very helpful and is a tool that can be frequently used.
What do you dislike about the product?
No drawback as such with ZoomInfo Sales. Team is helpful and provides proper help and support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously it was a hectic task to manage the data and had to use multiple tools to streamline the sales process but ZoomInfo sales helped to solve this issue.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ZoomInfo Sales is its easy workflow. The filters are simple to personalize, allowing me to tailor the data exactly to my needs.

What I dislike about ZoomInfo Sales is that a lot of the lead information isn’t always up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
accuracy of the data, LinkedIn plugin, dashboard, research, advanced search and filter options, and a Continuously Updated B2B Database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing!! Little expensive in comparison to Apollo, Lusha, and others.

Firts step of business development. Creating accurate B2B databse for prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
The sales guy was very good. I wish I had known that I was being ripped off.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo has been a terrible experience for my small business. Their salesman promised me that the software would generate qualified leads in my niche, but once I signed up I discovered there were hardly any leads at all. The product did not work for my business, and when I asked to cancel they refused. To make matters worse, the salesperson even paused the main sales video call to tell me privately that there would be no repercussions if I stopped paying or wanted to terminate the agreement. That turned out to be false. For more than four months ZoomInfo has harassed me and is now threatening to send me to third party collections. This company uses misleading sales tactics, locks you into predatory contracts, and refuses to take responsibility when their product fails to deliver. Small businesses should stay far away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo failed to solve any of my problems. In fact, they added to them. Not only did they not supply me with enough relevant leads, but they refused to help me with this issue when I voiced my concerns. Since the software doesn't work for my business and I stopped paying, they have been harassing me for 4 months stating that they're going to send me to third party collections.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to find the prospects from the Conpanies. It also helps you to track the decision maker and to get their contact details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the data accuracy is not there which leads to some errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, I was facing trouble to find the right POC in the organization and track down the company's growth. Zoominfo provided me the best in built feature for this.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo sales has helped the sales team find the right contact details and details and reach out to the right prospects. The ease of using ZoomInfo is very easy. We use it everyday. The implementation and integration was very smooth and easy. Whenever we faced any issue the customer service team always helped us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Its very helpful and time saving for the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to find the right data rather than sitting and finding them manually which is not always right. This not only saves time but also makes my outreach more targeted, leading to better response rates and a stronger sales pipeline.
