What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales is most helpful for quickly identifying the right contacts and understanding company structure before outreach. The data coverage is strong, search and filtering are powerful, and it saves a significant amount of time compared to manual research.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some contact data can occasionally be outdated or incomplete, especially for smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales solves the problem of quickly finding the right people and companies to engage without wasting time on manual research. It gives me reliable visibility into account ownership, leadership roles, and firmographics, which helps me prioritize outreach, have more informed conversations, and stay focused on high-value opportunities instead of chasing cold or misaligned accounts.

I find the prospecting functionality of ZoomInfo Sales very convenient, especially because it offers a broad database, primarily in North America. The intent signals and data functionality are quite good, helping our sales teams target those who 'need' a product instead of resorting to email blasts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that ZoomInfo Sales' prospect data is heavily focused on North America. It’s often difficult to get data on Europe or the rest of the world, which makes it challenging to use one tool for our needs. Additionally, the initial setup was somewhat medium because there wasn't a native integration between ZoomInfo Sales and the CRM we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for prospecting and identifying intent signals, allowing our sales teams to target those who actually need a product instead of sending email blasts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love ZoomInfo Sales because it provides access to a huge database of companies and decision-makers across industries, helping me quickly find relevant contacts with verified emails and phone numbers. I appreciate the powerful filtering and search tools that let me slice and dice lists by industry, role, company size, revenue, location, and more. ZoomInfo also works smoothly with outreach platforms like Outreach.io and SalesLoft, enabling me to push contacts directly into sequences, track engagement, and automate follow-ups. This makes launching and managing campaigns much easier. Additionally, it offers a larger, more frequently updated B2B contact and company database, which reduces the time spent verifying leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the most frequent pain points is contact data quality: some emails or phone numbers are outdated, and titles/roles may not always reflect recent changes. Additionally, international data tends to be less reliable than U.S. data. This means extra effort verifying contacts before outreach, which takes time.

ZoomInfo Sales speeds up building targeted lists by centralizing company data, provides complete contact info, and integrates smoothly with outreach tools. The powerful search filters save time, and data enrichment keeps contacts up-to-date, boosting response rates.

ZI is the best when it comes to accurate data, and valuable Intent Signals and WebSights. Also the search filter options are so helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally ZI is not up to date on current employer,or accurate link to LinkedIn page.

In addition, their AI-powered emails are well crafted and have noticeably improved our open rates. Since we offer highly technical products, it can often be challenging to locate the right people within facilities through online searches alone. With Zoominfo, we are able to identify the contacts we need, and we also benefit from additional insights such as intent data, responsiveness, and other key information about the company. The platform integrates smoothly with Hubspot, ensuring that data is efficiently shared across our resources.
