Amazing tool for sending autmated marketing communications
What do you like best about the product?
All functions are great with dedicated customer support team
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is excellent but the automated features like autosave is still not introduced for both campaigns, flows and email templates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're reaching out to customers who aren't responding to us which is at least 50% of the data

Campaign execution and general analysis are much easier compared to other tools.
The customer support ticket-raising system is also far optimized.

Analyzing the campaigns and click rates of each member is a little tricky.

MoEngage lets us communicate with the users with Sherpa AI. Because of this, we can send personalized messages at the right time (best time analysis) about the products (user affinity segments) they have consumed on our platform.
