Great Engagement Tool with 360 degree insights!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the in-depth analysis of user behaviour and push notification engine the tool provides. We are able to see a good number of user activation using the tool. Another aspect that has helped is in the ease of segmentation and scheduling notifications that has helped us save time and increase productivity as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration is a bit complex to understand for the average marketer. Also heard that the integration guides are a bit too underpar when compared to the industry players.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are seeing an uplift in our engagement rates. We are able to constantly keep in touch with our users with great effect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are an app developer that is looking to uplift your user engagement, MoEngage is the right fit. In addition, the tool has a great UI and is easy to use for any position.

Easy to use platform with great features like:
customer segmentation makes it very easy to create very targetted segments in just a few clicks.
Customer analytics with very good visualization helps in gathering quick insights on user behavior and campaign analysis.
Flow campaigns for complete automation of cross channel communication.
Ability to create a personalized email, push, and in-site notification with plenty of templates.
Very good support provided by the account manager provided a quick resolution for any issues.

Nothing major to dislike all features are very good. Few improvements can be done on the UI side of the platform.

Using it for customer retention by using cross channel communication - Sending personalized Emails, App PN, and using in-site notification.
We have achieved very good results in terms of increasing our repeat customer base by segmenting targeting customer with relevant communication to each segment

The way it has several ways to communicate and also ways to engage users

Takes time to understand the tool, a little complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the biggest problem of reaching the target users. It has helped me to have more focused approach in engaging users with the tools that it has inbuilt.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setting up push campaigns and flexibility in running queries. With the flows feature, I'm able to build on the entire user journey and make necessary corrections in campaigns whenever necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity in creating segments in in-apps & SMS. Visualizations in funnels can be done better. Issues/Queries needs to be handled in a more systematic manner with more transparency and updates on the issue raised. It would be great if Moengage could share an ETA for resolving issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the platform is the ease to use the platform, as we can keeping going deeper into the platform, but it keeps adding the intelligence itself in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, but advertisement should also be added on MoEngage, i.e. it can become one of the additional source for the advertisement.

We rely on MoEngage for complete client engagement & behavior tracking.

The reach to the customers in terms of Delivery Rate is the first benefit of the tool.
Apart from that, to be able to connect to the customers via multiple channels within the same tool and understand their journey has been helpful to plan campaigns and improve performance.
The new analytics features added in Moengage is further helping us plan campaigns in a cohorts of customers. This had to be done manually before and it was almost impossible to plan automated activities. This feature especially benefits us.
Apart from that, to be able to connect to the customers via multiple channels within the same tool and understand their journey has been helpful to plan campaigns and improve performance.

Moengage is a great tool in terms of ease of usage. It definitely helps with the company growth by adding a lot of value to events like, customer onboarding, customer retention. Smart triggers to the users at the right time, using the right channel has helped us improve the retention rate for our app and we look forward to more features getting added making our life easier. It is one of the best tools out in the market for customer engagement platform.

The platform has advanced options for customer journeys on the app, in addition to General Push, In-App Notifications, it has Smart Triggers, Flows, Real-Time Triggers, all you would need to engage your customers on your app. From Acquisition to On-boarding, from Engagement to Retention, they have tools for each step of a customer lifecycle on any app. The platform is multi communication mode capable, where notifications, emails & SMS can be sent to the subscriber from a single integrated platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
However, the platform has really come a long way with lot of great helpful features getting added every quarter, there are few things which can be added like options to bold the text, change colour, highlight text, carousel based notifications, video notifications, etc.
The team has shown us the roadmap & a lot of these missing features are going to be launched in the next couple of months.

We are using MoEngage for Engagement of customers on our OTT app. We use the same for subscriber onboarding, engagement & retention on the app.
The tool have helped us to engage subscribers on our app, we have seen 4 fold jump in our usage numbers.

UX design is very intuitive and features are easy to find and work through!
What do you like best about the product?
Simple navigation, fast output of requests and a lot of support articles to dive into all the features that are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no mobile view of the site, this could help very much if I as a user can enter a mobile friendly and responsive site while working.

Enabling push notifications and other kind of direct marketing tools that my company did not use before. Moengage provided automatic solutions to target segments on a more personal level.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of segmentation & campaign designing. Mostly we use it for marketing automation & design flow campaigns that help us achieve more command on the email, SMS & app notifications targeted to the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations in extracting historical data. Moengage can be used to access historical data for past 3 months only & query cannot be used to understand the data which is older than 3 months. However, you can always dave the data on your personal device by downloading & exporting data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are targeting users based on their interest & through channel which could result in the most likelihood of conversion. Moengage lets us define trigger-based communications that would allow us to followup with our customers & help in reaching out to them more effectively.
