What do you like best about the product?
Firstly this my first time using Customer Relationship tools; at first, I don't even understand what these tools do. But thanks to MoEngage simple UI, many features there can be easy to understand. What I intend to do next is to develop the customer journey via MoEngage, I saw Moe already prepare the flow campaign feature for it, and I hope it increases the campaign's performance. Cause we like CTR :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Analyze feature back then was hard to use, but in no time, MOE fix it up, so right now, I don't have anything to be disliked in MOE
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automated campaign, as MOE blog said more personalize which can be solved by an automated campaign will penetrate user more effectively
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I Want to use the analogy Android vs. IOS; MoEngage is more like IOS, easy to be used and easy to be understood.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, MoEngage is easy to use, even as a beginner. The help center page is also beneficial, and you can see most of common problems there, so no need to ask to your customer's success.
MoEngage also has Academy where you can learn more about the platform from the expert.
Their predictive segment are really helpful and can help us determine which segment that we should focus on, MoEngage also help us by giving some general insight about what type of campaign we need to use for specific segment also explaining how we should engage with them.
Most of general segment that usualy used at CRM are already available in thier platform.
MoEngage also provided almost in all channels that usualy use to engage with the customer.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think it will be good if they have a feature where we can schedule the same campaign depends on the date or day, so for the repetitive campaign no need to be created every week or every time we want to push the campaign.
Their data point is too short, I think it's better at least we can see data point from a quarter or 90 days before.

MoEngage helps us to target broader and specific customers and also by customer journey.
With a specific and personalized campaign, we can target the right customers, so they feel more beneficial by using our Apps.

What do you like best about the product?
Features are the strongest point of the product. Great Customer service on top of it makes it more compelling and separates from competitors.
In the last few years, it has strongly evolved as an analytics solution rather than just be a communication channel. Few features like the real-time RFM (Recency, Frequency, and Monetary) model allows to make multiple cohorts and personalize communication to get the best user engagement.

Reaching out to the customer in a timely and personalized fashion is what we're solving and that ultimately improves retention over time and results in increased revenue.

Parfois, les changements dans l'application peuvent créer un peu de confusion, et je pense particulièrement que le canal OSM n'est pas aussi développé que les autres canaux.

What do you like best about the product?
In our company we are guided a lot by user behavior and thanks to Moengage we were offered an analytical view of the campaign giving us a follow-up that the products we offer are well received, we have advanced in the market and this software also gives us a great customization with a series of tools suitable for our campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team detected that in some functions, especially when loading campaigns, the system turns out to be slow and also has the inability to be compatible with mobile devices, which is also a problem with our clients since they allow themselves to be guided for the somewhat high cost and these cons make you doubt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company wanted to include the relationship of incorporation, customer participation in a single application and thanks to Moengage we achieved it since its granular segmentation allows marketing channels to be open and fully exploited demonstrated in that through a Push notifications also improving our interface system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We as a company are satisfied with the functions and everything that Moengage has provided us, which through its unique messaging service allowed us to locate potential clients and, with time and experience, turn them into fixed clients for the company. The most striking thing about Moengage is its incredible personalized segmentation process that results in the correct automation of marketing.
The tools are complete and attractive, being so simple until no external help is necessary to use the software, I recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
Be able to create communications (PN/EMAIL/SMS/IN-APP) easier and not wasting any development. Because of this, we can do experience by changing content and other aspects to maximize the engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes It's hard if we have issues. Need to communicate it first and waiting to check on both side and resulting on longer time to solve the problem.

Recently we have an issue where our customer aren't get to know what step that they will need to do. By utilizing MoEngage communication feature, we can drive our customer to the next step and the conversion rate was greatly increased.

There is nothing to dislike about the MoEngage as a product or support. However, there is a lot of room for improvement for the product to improvise and add a lot of value.

Do go ahead with MoEngage for their product but their greatest strength is in the support. The support team (CSM) will go above and beyond to sort out any problems that one would face.
