Automation Tool for All USER ENGAGEMENT Requirements
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to provide detailed analysis of user's activity on the app. In our case, it is basically to analyze what were the best watched videos, their duration, days/hourly split, which category, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a single thing that I think of that MoEngage doesn't have when it comes to user engagement. They have a Push Notification service, Email Automation service, and in-depth analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With MoEngage, we are keeping our users engaged in every part of their mobile app journey in such a way that users are able to make use of our app in the best possible way. Benefits that we have observed are 1) Users are making good use of the app. 2) We manually don't have to sit and do it. We can plan and schedule each and every aspect either with the help of a Flow, smart trigger, or general push notification.
Moengage help to me to understand the behavior of audience and let me to catch them back.

The Sherpa helps me to optimize the content.

User segment bit difficult to use and to test

Overall experience with MoEngage is good. It's an all-in-one tool for CRM needs, we can migrate from previous platform to MoEngage with better price and capability.
1. Very user-friendly dashboard interface.
2. Marketing automation feature brings the best CVR compare to all our channels.
3. MoEngage available to send campaigns on multiple platforms/device all in one go.
4. Reporting dashboard structure is very well designed, easy to understand for first time users.
5. Custom subscription packages really help to find the best plan for brand to use based on needs.
6. Best support from their Customer Success Manager that guide us to activate and optimize the platform for better performances.

What do you dislike about the product?
Initial integration was very challenging and a bit complex for us, but was solved with good communication between Fabelio Tech team and the MoEngage support staff. There was some issues where MoEngage unable to send campaigns to our users on shopping sale season, we a bit loss moment at the time. Need to fix all the bugs for better user experiences and improve loading speed on reporting and segmentation sections.

Costumer's journey on the purchase path is essential on e-commerce; Mo Engage helps us reach every touchpoint on the website start from landing page to conversion.
CRM platform is critical to interact with potential users for conversion and existing customers for up-selling or cross-selling; Mo Engage helps us to reach the audiences at the right time with the right messages.

Well, their support is 24/7, speedy, and on time, which makes me resume my work really fast. I can't catch a breath.

What do you dislike about the product?
On rare occasions, service was down but were up quickly within couple of hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the key benefit is their pushamp+ features which has helped deliveriesb go up by 100% on chinese devices where due to battery optimization push delivery is very bad otherwise.

They have all the features you need and on top of that inexpensive compared to others. They always help to customise the platform to solve your use cases.
