MoEngage Multi-Channel Marketing Platform Really helps me to do my job better and easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and has multi-channel and A/B testing, Flows, segmentation, personalization and analytics channel.
Services customer support help us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. So far, we are happy with MoEngage products and services. If I find, problems and the support will handle it immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using MoEngage for more than 3 years now and all we can say is that we are so satisfied with this Dashboard. With MoEngage’s Insights-led Customer Engagement platform, I am able to manage engagement, analytics and reports through one dashboard. The AI-powered tool is perfect to run multichannel marketing campaigns with personalized communications on complex customer journeys at scale on channels like Push, In-app, OSM, Emails , Flows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
User friendly, helpful, go head and use Moengage

What do you like best about the product?
Every week, there is always a weekly review where the MoE Account Executive (AE) conveys features that can be optimized to increase AstraPay's user engagement. Additionally, every quarter, they also hold a QBR Review, which is very informative and insightful as they share about our performance/achievements during a certain period and provide recommendations or insights that can be beneficial to improving our performance or achieving KPIs. Furthermore, the AE is very responsive and easy to reach, which is very helpful if we experience any issues in operating MoE as we use MoEngage in daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, everything is all good. There's nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Optimization of analytics feature utilization (time efficiency in conducting analytics, such as user behavior analysis, CRM channel utilization, user path analysis, funnel analysis, etc.).
- Easy coordination and prompt response if any development is required to enhance the utilization of MoE features.

not all data are captured to our database so we need to use 2 different tools for analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Everything! Moengage helps us deliver most of our usecases that we haven't delivered using our previous platform. It's definitely good for engaging customers and overall, our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no smart trigger for In App and can't make a cycle using Flow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeting our segment better and also enhanced our customer journey in the app.

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics panel enables us to get good insights of the current notifications program that we run, with segmented results and behavioral flows. It also gives a detailed view of the funnel analysis for overall frequency and unique users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The detailed reports sometimes take a while to get over the mail.
Also we do not have the option to take only selected columns, we get all the columns everytime we fetch a report. Sorting with time option is also not available.
Api integrations are a big problem as they dont allow some of the user journey related notifications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The delivery % of the notifications increased after using moenage, also the segment selection became quite easier and analysis of the notifications being sent was easier to view.
Moenage also enables us to take actions on different segments of the users like dormant, users who have not interacted with the app for certain days etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Moenage as a platform provides excellent ease for setting up some journey notifications, some trigger-based notifications, and manual notifications.
Analytics also helps us to keep track of the performance of the notifications that we are scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
I like the number of features. It does care about the user experience in a non-invasive way. The spam controls and unsubscriber tracking are great
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does get frustrating while designing a new campaign because of too many options, which I think could be set by default
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had problems with creating priority segments which this tool solved

Their support team. Always there to help you 24/7 on, that too on priority.

How can someone be managing such a huge database and be available all the time to solve queries. Beleive me you are just a text away and they'll be right there helping you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any and every problem. From uploading data to creating campaigns. They have proved themselves and are beneficial everytime.

You don't have to think much. This is it! This is the only genuine platform that will walk you through your marketing journey and meet your expectations.

MoEngage helps our website tracking user behavior with fully eCommerce data and provides the channels for engaging with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Take more time for integration than I expect.

Fully tracking for eCommerce and user behavior data, and provider the channels to engage with users to optimize the conversion rate.

The new features they are coming up within every quarter, which helps to solve the business problem, to increase the conversion from x to 2x.

Sometimes facing issues in support, but that is ok. Hoping that this will solve in coming future.

I am getting the proper customer segmentation helping me to retarget the r8 customer in the right way, allowing the organization increases the revenue from x to 10x.
