Best Cost Efficient User Engagement Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform that we are using for customer onboarding as well as customer retention. Because with MoEngage you get all the different communication channels from SMS to WhatsApp to IVR Callings. Apart from that, you have a proper analytics setup which helps you to understand the user journey on your platform and then work on the strategy of targeting them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike or complain about is that it has a lot of data discrepancies and also it takes days to load the data passed by events which do not help our or anyone's business. The support team is always clueless regarding this kind of issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With MoEngage, we have started reaching our customers with various offers or when we are launching any new product via SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, IVR, AND Email. And we have increased our user retention along with increasing our sales revenue. There is a lot more to achieve with this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Tool is simple & straightforward. Creating events & funnel is easy as it's just a one-time user education.
2.Provides end-to-end analysis of user journey & behaviour with graphs & reports.
3. Pushing of personalised & in-app notifications helped us to retain the inactive users.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. It takes a lot of time to display the data; often there is a delay is the callback response.
2. Sometimes, there is a mismatch in the data when we compare the numbers with MoEngage to the DB & console data.
3. Storage time of attribute data is very less & can't do the cohort analysis with old users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling of push/in-app notifications along with user walk tour which was done manually before is now being automated. Reduced a lot of effort & increased user retention.

What do you like best about the product?
The entire process has been easy and the POCs from both the teams were able to help us with the integration seemlessly.
This has helped in capturing of the business data easily for us.

The only issue that we faced was that sometimes there were problems with the script running and things breaking in mid way which led to the data being captured wrongly and also sometimes it led to the data not being captured at all.

Moengage has been helping us seamlessly in capturing data of the consumers who interact with our App in any way.

1. MoEngage is an incredible option that helps us boost user retention and re-engagement by sending push and in-app notifications. It helps us nudge dormant users with highly targeted and personalized notifications.
2. User journey and behavior analysis through highly interactive and vibrant charts and graphs help us identify useful user patterns and activity across various features.
3. Campaign creation is pretty effortless, we can create as many variants to test as we want. Analyzing the performance of all the variants is very easy too. Notification text and even Background color can be customized and no stringent rules for Image dimensions.

1. Various numbers like impressions delivered, daily uninstalls and other important down-the-funnel events seem to be disproportionately high when compared to actual numbers. Not a very reliant tool for data analysis.
2. While analyzing user paths, funnels, behavior or any other analysis which includes custom events, and attributes, MoEngage takes an awful lot of time to load data.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Our team uses MoEngage to schedule various types of daily notifications for users.
2. I think the most wonderful and less talked about feature is the ease of use from mobile devices too, this has come really handy in critical situations, highly commendable efficiency from the web too.
3. I frequently use their analyze feature which lets me analyze user behavior, funnel, retention, session duration and source of users, uninstalls etc.
4. User path analysis is highly critical for maintaining retention of our product and the interactive visualization and drop-off at each step offered by MoEngage in vibrant color theme is a wonderful job done.

Good Platform for runtime data Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
The way the mo engage integrates the events from our app and tracks the live runtime event-level activity data is really really impressive. Infact we use google firebase also for tracking the similar level of data for visualizing and verifying what is happening in the business. We use both tools (MoEngage and Firebase) for cross-validation of our business metrics/events across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the tool was great, we felt there are few issues with the tool which didnot solve our purpose greatly.
1) They claim, the tool captures data at runtime but we have over a period of time observed lag of data which usually takes around a week's time to normalize. Which is causing a lot of damage to our business

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage is a good tool consisting solutiong for Consumer Analytics. A lot of event level(most granular level of data capturing can be automated and stores for visualizations and analysis purpose)
2) Querying can be done without writing the queries but just by applying some filters on the data. What is really appreciate is the great inbuild functionality that is available in the tool.
3) Last but not least, Their AI-driven personalization is a great tool to schedule campaigns for our business and it automatically picks the active user base and send it over all the campaigns scheduled.

Customer engagement and app analytics in a single package
What do you like best about the product?
After a user has been onboarded on our app, we use MoEngage to enter these users into onboarding flows, direct them to event-triggered user journeys and send them personalized notifications based on their behavior or interaction with the app and a few blanket notifications. The user interface is clean and tidy, professional color theme, self-explanatory process to create dashboards, funnels and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we see a major delay in getting the call back of delivery status which results in delays in the sending time of notification and hence affects the next notifications too.
While doing AB testing between variants, we should be provided an option that if one variant is performing better than the other, then all impressions of the best performing variant would be served, right now even with Sherpa this feature is lacking.
Importing users and then creating a custom segment is a very long process, this too with a limit on the users that can be imported at once.

MoEngage has provided us a platform with which we can reach out to our users, educate them about important use cases of the product they are missing on, increase our feature adoption, and run experimentation around the success/failure of various features through in-app surveys and event usage.

What do you like best about the product?
Flows have got multiple features to make shooting campaigns easier. I find the segmentation engine very easy to use and also the behaviour analysis is easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
SMS integration is very difficult. Also, most features like 'best time to send ' are add-ons at extra pricing even though these are basic features.

It is a very user-friendly tool designed with respect to giving the user a nice and easily accessible interface, but if the limitation of extracting the data shall not be limited to 60 Days, it would be a great help.
