With more users on our platform each day, it becomes difficult to keep track of them and manage them. MoEngage has helped us solve this by increasing our CTR% on notifications an reaching out to selective customers via segmentations.

Quite easy for user engagements. Also very useful for fetching data.

I can send multiple Push notifications in a day. Moengage is very user friendly.

Moengage should be able to fetch data of more than 60days at a time

Customer support team is really quick. My queries are solved in no-time.
It is a good tool, easy to handle and work with.

MoEngage provides the best segmentation and is a tool that I would recommend my peers to have for the great customization that it offers in the campaign section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are a few really helpful features but the way MoEngage gives response to them could be upgraded, and we users could be left with more enhanced usability. Those features could include User Paths.

MoEngage, for me, is dedicated to helping with campaign creation for all channels, analytics for segmentation, and behavior option better to understand user lifetime and actions in my app.
