What do you like best about the product?
Moengage is a user-friendly tool that helps us create a more comprehensive strategy for reaching our customers. Thus, Moengage help us bring more growth and communicate better with our customer throughout all their journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor functions still feel missing on Moengage, but they're truly listening to our feedback and strive to give the best experience throughout their products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customization and Personalization in terms of communication throughout our platform, ease of use, especially on A/B testing our communication channels such as email, push notification and In-app.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and gives very useful insights. It's very easy to access and has a very friendly interface. It provided wide range of platforms under one roof and hence is a great platform to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, technical errors are being faced which we tackle and team is working actively to resolve the issue completely and has done a great job for resolving the issues.

MoEngage has helped us in getting better insights of campaigns, and has a very interactive user interface.

Advanced campaign management options, timezone scheduling, Campaign Analytics, reporting, funnels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of editing options post campaign execution, limitations w.r.t. custom connectors.
