The team is incredibly responsive and quick to address any concerns or questions you have. Their account management team is proactive and provides valuable insights to help you achieve your marketing goals. Overall, I highly recommend MoEngage for their exceptional service.
In addition to their excellent customer support and account management, I find thier UI to be intuitive and user-friendly. The platform is well-organized, making it easy for the user to navigate and find what they need.

They offer various features that enables us to create personalized experienec for our customers.

Simplicity
Integration of Colour Palletes for Notifications is one of the best feature.

What do you like best about the product?
The comprehensive suite of engagement tools, especially push notifications, in-app messages, email campaigns, and more. This enables businesses to reach their customers through multiple touchpoints and deliver consistent messaging and experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope MoEngage can include more temples for OSMs. We still have to work around HTMLs which is is time consuming especially for lead generation.

The platform offers a range of engagement possibilities through creating campaigns and flows that can help to improve efficiency.
There are advanced analytics and insights but we haven't used them much yet. I hope to use it in the near future.

Very useful for App
What do you like best about the product?
I like MoEngage because I can set up all the journeys I want with just one tool. MoEngage also has a lot of compelling personalization features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the point that applying an HTML is a bit difficult for non-IT people
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage has helped me increase my open email rate by using the personalization feature, and MoEngage has also made it easier for me to segment and analyze users.
