What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is strong team behind MoEngage. They are committed to help us deliver the best experiences to consumers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on my experience, journey analytics dashboard and onsite messaging functions could be improved a lot better in MoEngage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage solves mainly customer engagement challenges such as low user engagement, conversion, and limited customer insights issues. It allows us to engage with our customers efficiently through various channels, deliver personalized messaging, and gain valuable analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage has been a game changer for our marketing and customer engagement efforts. One of the things that I like the best about MoEngage is its exceptional support team. They are always available and quick to respond, helping us overcome any obstacles that we may face.

The platform provides various features, from push notifications to email marketing, which helps us reach our customers through multiple channels. The push templates are excellent - they are easy to use and allow us to create personalised, eye-catching messages that grab our customers' attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the few things that I dislike about MoEngage is that we rarely encounter any bugs or glitches. However, in the rare instance when we do face an issue, the support team is quick to identify and resolve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage solves many problems related to customer engagement and retention. By providing personalisation, multi-channel communication, automated campaigns, and real-time insights, MoEngage allows businesses to deliver more personalised and relevant customer experiences, leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Integration is slightly tricky and they don't usually help completely for the integration

What do you like best about the product?
The Sr Customer Success Manager that I've worked with at MoEngage, Shweta, is the best support staff I have ever worked with. No issue was left unresolved and her proactive approach to marketing solutions have been instrumental to our success. The functionality of the flow and campaign set up is really intuitive, simple and effective to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some creative restrictions in building content and some small bugs when inputting text sometimes but nothing that isn't easily resolved. I think further enhancements in building out channel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need automated communications to onboard new customers, engage existing customers and drive cross-sell + up-sell across both new and existing customers.
MoEngage allows us to segment our customer base and use the flows to automate contacting customers at the right moment to drive the best result.

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy for any channel campaign setup and execution
- it's detailed and indepth analytics gives marketer as well product team on how the campaigns are performed and what next action to be taken
What do you dislike about the product?
- Flows should be transferred from UAT to LIVE setup in one click. Currently this is not available
- there should be option to edit the user profile in the panel itslef

With Moengage we are able to nudge the customer while they are dropping off any stage across web and app

What do you like best about the product?
It allows our businesses to engage with customers across multiple channels, including push notifications, email, SMS, web push notifications, and in-app messages. This is the platform that provides us with detailed analytics and reporting capabilities that help businesses measure. This tool offers a customer journey mapping tool that helps businesses map out the various touchpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
MoEngage's cost is high for our business, especially for businesses with a large customer base. It has relatively limited social media integrations. MoEngage is somewhat complex and difficult to navigate for users who are new to it in my point of view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage can help by providing personalized messaging and experiences based on customer behavior and preferences. If a business is experiencing high churn rates, MoEngage can help by identifying at-risk customers and delivering targeted messaging and offers to retain them.

1. Help & Support - The Moe spocs are available everytime to solve queries or issues.
Event the support tickets are responded in 24 hours with resolution

2. Adaptability to new features that can enhance the user experience on our Brand Apps

1. There shall be more variants of Emails & Templates

2. API connectivity is also a challenge for non Moe partner BSPs

3. Deliverability and latency issues in pushes observed few times.

Moe is solving a lot of issues for my company -

1. Maker Checker Process Inbuilt - Reduces maintaining manual sheets and docs for maker checker

2. Analytical Tools simplicity (which is not that easy with Tabluea - Funnels/Behavorial analysis help in understanding user journeys and customer behaviour

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage allows us to reach out to all our users over various channels (email, push notification, and within the app), all dictated by events and properties that are easy to configure. It has helped our Product and Marketing team to effectively target communication relevant to different user cohorts.
What do you dislike about the product?
MoEngage could improve more upon its functionality to generate Insights from the events we pass to it, but since we use it as an Engagement tool and not an Analytical tool, this has not been much of a concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage helps us reach out to our users through various channels in one place, and is a user-friendly platform that is used by our Product and Marketing teams to communicate with users effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity in using mortgage platform and the platform may be overwhelming for users who are new to customer engagement or who do not have much technical expertise
