I loved the user cohorts and user flows feature as it helped me to automate my flows for different user segmentation

Sometimes I used to listen that some of the features are costly which I think is the only demerit

While the application itself is simple, the installation and configuration processes add a layer of complexity that requires some attention.

It is one of a kind and will put you in touch with customers who have a high level of demand. If you want to increase sales and decrease customer defection, focusing on satisfaction is the way to go. It is an effective platform that can be used by companies of different sizes to improve their customer experience.
