What do you like best about the product?
Variety of User segmentations and run marketing campigns. I have increased the user engagement and conversation using these campaigns for nudging the user to move from one stage to the next
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently moengage doesn't support Vue 3 apps for push notifications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives you verieety of user segmentation and it is making lkife easier for marketing team and get valueable insights to grow their product

What do you like best about the product?
An excellent tool for sending in-app campaigns based on user activities. I particularly appreciate the "Flow" feature, which boosts user engagement within our app. I also value the ability to send customized messages tailored to user activity, enhancing activation, reactivation, retention, and conversion rates. Additionally, I've had a great experience sending referral campaigns with landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes more than usual time to deliver the messages to users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

MoEngage sends out the communicaitons very effectively and with good delivery rates

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about MoEngage is the easy to use and user friendly design which can be used by any Marketer and especially the RFM Segmentation feature

I sometimes find MoEngage dashboard lagging due to which the campaigns scheduled dont go as they were supposed to be

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use with respect to simplification of the entire marketing effort for orchestrating the campaigs and providing with great variety of fetures to then execute and track the same across platforms for various cohorts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is enough and more to explore and learn on the platform with no clear organisation specific custome learnkng modules along with price increase beyond a point of time to unlock the full potential
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The helped in implementing the entire coomunication life cycle managemnt from app perspective and I think the same flexibility will be available when we go live in this organization. This is very critical from the growth and revenue functions that I take care of.

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics is the best part. I have used it a lot in the last 4 months and the analytics and insights is the best. With the addition of Merlin I am guessing the frquency will go up. The continued dashboard improvement and features it is becoming more useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little unintiuitive to understand it at first and little hard to implement at first. The customer support takes too long and a lot of nudges to speed up. Integration was hard to get right, it took weeks to fix the bugs

What do you like best about the product?
The best part lf MoEngage is that All the communication channels, funnel and data analytics related to a user or an event is there where no one needs to look for other vendors when it comes to integration.

There is such hate point about MoEngage as we have been using MoEngage as our primary tool for analysis the user behaviour and funnels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently MoEngage has came up with features related to growth and analytics and all they are good to go.
To sending the personalize communication about feed consumption using personalisation and connectors, increased our App engagement.
