Easy to navigate UX
What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage helps businesses connect with their customers and help them in understanding each customer and crafting personalized. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Experienced occasional bugs with certain features. Sometimes it happens that you need to contact it's customer service to emable specific feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage helps manage multichannel marketing campaigns, allowing businesses to reach their audience across various platforms such as email, SMS, push notifications, and more.

Easy to use customer engagement platform
What do you like best about the product?
First of all implementation process went very smooth with multiple API intigrations and marketing channel.
It's a platform with ease of designing the customer multichannel communication flows with the use of best decisioning features integrated.
Due to nature of business and product offering we run campaigns on daily basis to our target segments.
Customer support is also good and problem resolution TAT is improved.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see stand alone landing pages / microsite creation feature. It will assist to reduce tech team intervention and will fasten the campaign TAT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage customer engagement platform assisted us to reach our customers with dynamic and personalized offers in Realtime. It also assisted us to understand our customers digital behavior.
With analytics we are able to improve cross sell offering and implemented better collection strategies.

All latest product features and updates and clearly communicated and the account manager is always available to help with any requirement or to get any problem solved

data retention is for a limited time only, can't use Moengage as the overall customer dashboard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is single platform for all Retention campaigns and overall customer data analytics. Save a lot of time when you have to execute different campaigns everyday and look at various customer data points
Moengage is really helpful tool with an even better off-tool experience.
What do you like best about the product?
Automation which has significantly improved our efficiency, the quick responses from the customer support team, assistance by the designated CSMs with their experience and vast knowledge of various aspects like industries, A/B testing etc & are most helpful, the workshops are engaging and always teach something new, also allowing us to network within an outside our industries. The implementation & integration of new features on regular basis. I personally find the overall look and feel of the tool very easy to use and navigate through or explore.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading time taken by the pages to load new data can be improved in my opninion. The campaign editing tools integrated into in this software can be enhanced and maybe made a little more modern feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our efficiency has improved the most after the integration of Moengage. We can set up processes which our executed automatically by Moengage. Our times pent on the tool and our efforts are minimised by a margin. And it has also started giving us a succesful ROI.

- Cost for scaling up API throughput as per requirement is not commercially viable i.e. cost does not make business sense to proceed.

MoEngage - An ideal tool for your actionable product analytics & Marketing communication
What do you like best about the product?
there are many, rich text notifications, the ability to do multi-channel campaigns, and ready 3rd party connectors for various seamless data flows. Apart from these, dashboards as per need, can be daily emailed to needy internal or external customers. Also, the documentation on integration is details and good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they are slow in customer service, this needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage is helping us to map the user journeys which then is being used for smoother user onboarding, various marketing automation, and product analytics for making decisions and then taking actions from there. We are using it to increase user retention and engagement levels.
I've been using Moengage for about 5 years now with 2 different B2C big ventures.
What do you like best about the product?
And best thing, i would say about the tool updates basis the new marketing opportunities you can think of via communications. And when you discuss with moengage team, and you hear that its already in pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such i don't feel any. But yeah, I think if moengage can add something to make it more easy onboarding of the tool to the client is self integerated channels and provide Email/SMS/Whatsapp services too.
Because as a client, it becomes a big task, integerating all different vendors onto the tool.

Moengage working on supporting all whatsapp template marketing options whihc currently doesn't work.
Whatsapp is an effective channel and there are so many effective templates like Whatsapp Converse.
Running it through moengage will solve the targeting as well as performance metrices
