What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage stands out with suave interface as it's beautiful and easier to navigate.I love how their technical support as out and out to offer extensive support with granular segmentation of audience, customers through in depth user personalization for success with product innovation leading to a increased lead engagement and cross channel communication. Reliable for increased conversion rates and ROI we have experienced since we adopted. Second to none so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love it for extensive user personalization which has led to success of our business with product innovation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's suave interface for simplicity with navigation and user.
Reliable with out and out technical which has been super helpful all the way with granular segmentation of our customers for ease of user personalization leading to success of our business.

What do you like best about the product?
With MoEngage, understanding and customizing customer journey is always easy and this ensures great customer satisfaction. With the tools AI features, we analyze customer behaviors and personalize content to ensure they only get relevant content.
The products supports multi channel communication and therefore reaching our customer using their preferred channels is always easy.
The tool comes with amazing marketing features including personalization with great customer insights, we target customers with the right marketing content to ensure high success rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
With MoEngage, there hasn't been serious challenges. It meets our needs seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MoEngage to better customer journey and use the data to tailor make marketing content and this increases our success rate. It also comes with awesome marketing automation and automation features.

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage helps businesses to understand their customer better. It has helped in making to easy track users behaviour and send personalize messages at the right time, which automatically helps in improving engagement. I also like it's interface which is easy to use and clean, to use this we don't need to be a technical expert.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it's fine but sometimes feels a bit complex while setting up advance automation and segmentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us a lot and solved the problems related to understanding and engaging users effectively across different channels. It has helped in bringing together analytics, automation and segmentation in one place, so it's helps in sending right message to the right people at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage is excellent for building personalised, omnichannel campaigns and tracking user journeys in detail.

The platform’s automation workflows, segmentation, and analytics make it easy to engage users at the right time with the right message. I particularly like the ease of campaign execution across email, push, WhatsApp, and in-app notifications, and the actionable insights that help us improve conversions and retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is feature-rich, but the UI can feel a bit overwhelming for new users, especially when setting up advanced journeys. At times, the reporting dashboards load slowly for large datasets. I would also like to see even smoother integrations with third-party tools for a more seamless workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage is helping us solve the challenge of personalizing engagement at scale. Instead of generic campaigns, we can now deliver tailored messages based on user behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stage across email, push, WhatsApp, and in-app. This level of personalization has significantly improved retention and conversion rates.

At the same time, the advanced analytics and reporting features provide a clear picture of what’s working and what’s not. The ability to track funnels, segment performance, and campaign impact in real time enables us to make faster, data-driven decisions.

In short, MoEngage bridges the gap between execution and insight. We not only engage users better but also continuously refine our strategy based on measurable outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage excels at providing a unified platform for personalized customer engagement across multiple channels — push notifications, emails, in-app messages, SMS, and more. Its intuitive journey builder and segmentation tools make it easy to create contextual, automated campaigns based on user behavior and lifecycle stage.

The analytics dashboard offers actionable insights, helping us constantly optimize performance and conversion. The integration process was smooth, and the support team has been proactive and responsive throughout our usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is feature-rich, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users or teams without a dedicated CRM/MarTech resource. Some advanced features like funnel analysis or cohort comparisons could be more user-friendly in terms of UI/UX.

Also, the learning curve for creating complex journeys or understanding attribution metrics can be steep — better in-platform guidance or tooltips would help.
