What do you like best about the product?
easy to launch campaign, Can be used for daily campaign, easy to integrate with any service provider
What do you dislike about the product?
Support team is bit slower, they take atleast a day to solve basic queries

All the retention related problems or problems related to brand communication

Ease of seeing data via dashboards, it shows data directly on moengage platform

Limited campaign settings, like multiple customisations cannot be done in campaign

Sending mails and notification to the users and personalising them.

What do you like best about the product?
User friednly interface, and we can easily intgrate other tools also which makes this useful for the person to run and optizimse campagin by using their real time analytics facilities

As of now there are no dislike but going further any implementation for AI will be useful

Analysis of Campaign and real time data of performance has helped me in personalize marketing stratergies

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly interface in MoEngage where we won't need more technical expertise. Right from scheduling a Campaign, Analytics, Monitoring, Automation and delivering a personalized message the interface is so easy to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email Spam rate deduction is not so accurate in this they need a more space for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of Customer onboarding welcome emails

What do you like best about the product?
Moengage provides user segmentation, by using this we can engage customer from multiple channels, we can analyse the customer data for further steps for marketing, it is easy to use for anyone more over the CSM is also good, we are using it on daily bases.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is little difficult to implement and comapared to other tools it is little expencive for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using the customer behaviour data, we can target customers by sending notifications and mails, we can create cusmized dashboards to analyze the large amount of data.
