What do you like best about the product?
I like best about MoEngage is how it provides deep insights into user behavior and makes funnel analysis very intuitive

session-related attributes are missing, like session id, session concluded

moengage solved user merging issue ,so it is avoiding to creating duplicate user profile
The interface can be confusing and performance feels inconsistent.

MoEngage excels at providing a unified platform for personalized customer engagement across multiple channels — push notifications, emails, in-app messages, SMS, and more. Its intuitive journey builder and segmentation tools make it easy to create contextual, automated campaigns based on user behavior and lifecycle stage.
The analytics dashboard offers actionable insights, helping us constantly optimize performance and conversion. The integration process was smooth, and the support team has been proactive and responsive throughout our usage.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is feature-rich, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users or teams without a dedicated CRM/MarTech resource. Some advanced features like funnel analysis or cohort comparisons could be more user-friendly in terms of UI/UX.
Also, the learning curve for creating complex journeys or understanding attribution metrics can be steep — better in-platform guidance or tooltips would help.

User friednly interface, and we can easily intgrate other tools also which makes this useful for the person to run and optizimse campagin by using their real time analytics facilities

As of now there are no dislike but going further any implementation for AI will be useful

I like the user-friendly interface in MoEngage where we won't need more technical expertise. Right from scheduling a Campaign, Analytics, Monitoring, Automation and delivering a personalized message the interface is so easy to work.

Email Spam rate deduction is not so accurate in this they need a more space for improvement.
