Total Game-changers
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Openprise has been nothing short of amazing. I can't think of any one thing I like best, because everything they have brought to the table, offer, and solve for has been world-class and improved our data normalization, enrichment, and aggregation 10 fold. They even created a custom solution for a request we put in within days. Not weeks. Not months. DAYS. Their hands on support for you and your team while learning and building is unmatched compared to any other company in our tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Again, there is not a single component of working with Openprise that I can say I dislike. Literally no complaints whatsoever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have made leaps and bounds in normalizing, enriching, and aggregating our data, as mentioned before, and with that, been able to better target audiences and optimize our campaigns for increased performance, for one.

Process Automation and Data Clean up at its finest
What do you like best about the product?
First and foremost, the knowledge the Openprise team has is amazing and their support is very efficient. Furthermore, they are very collaborative when it comes finding a solution that works for us. Every time our team has reached out to OP with a new task/project they were able to deliver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly do not have any dislikes about Openprise. Any issues or road blocks were handled by the support team. The support and knowledge of the team is top notch!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had a lot of issues standardizing lead information such as phone numbers and states. Openprise's Data Cleanse process has improved our lead routing tremendously. We also like to use them to enrich our leads with Theater, Region and sub regions by using matched lead to accounts function. We can now route leads based of lead region/subregion with confidence instead of having to list out all the geo information in our lead routing logic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are facing a lot of manual data cleaning I would highly recommend taking a look at Openprise.
Great Product, Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
The product has so many potential use cases, I'm constantly thinking of new ways to use their platform. This flexibility along with the amazing support makes them one of my favorite vendors to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their actual product interface could be more user friendly. Right now my team of marketing operations professionals can navigate and understand the tool but I can see some less technical people getting confused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Normalization of data, enrichment of data, list uploads, data aggregation...so many benefits. Love their new API factory product and building out even more use cases with that (mainly for our web forms).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have data issues, complex CRM, or don't have an in-house data maintenance team, give them a shot. Their support is truly world class and can find a solution for you.

That openprise has a lot of tables (country, job function, etc) that can be used to standardize values and they do not need to be updated manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has so many functionalities, but it's not very intuitive and no training is available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardization and list cleanup is definitely what I am using openprise for. It saves a lot of time instead of doing it manually. We also tag contacts with certain values depending on business need and Openprise makes this process easier instead of using other solutions.
A must-have for data-driven marketing & sales organizations
What do you like best about the product?
Openprise offers powerful data ETL and manipulation at-scale without having to write a single line of code.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is a little immature in terms of data sources and connectivity they support. Amazon S3, for example, is not supported. Connecting through SSH tunnels is also not supported yet.

- Lead import and campaign assignment: we've built automated ingestion that sanitizes, normalizes, appends, and de-duplicates leads against SFDC leads, contacts, and accounts before evaluating rules of engagement and assigning to the appropriate campaign. This has allowed us to move away from DemandTools to a cloud-base solution that is more robust and accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility - Openprise allows you to clean and append your data, the way that works best for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the system names can be confusing, but nothing you can't overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We clean our data and append it before shooting it into marketo, so we can control our data cleanliness.
Powerful data orchestration capability
What do you like best about the product?
By using Openprise, we are able to manipulate data on lead records in salesforcecom - allowing us to increase data accuracy, improve lead routing, and increase the effectiveness of our sales team. Openprise service is the best - they answer all questions promptly and accurately and offer suggestions to help improve our deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is complex to administer. We have signed up for a data mechanic from Openprise to assist us, and they have been incredibly responsive.

Openprise Makes Marketing Life Worth Living
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, direct integration with Salesforce and Marketo, how it's turned large data processing tasks that would take Marketo forever to do complete and slow the system down super easy to deploy and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a complaint at all, actually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed easy ways to segment and standardize our data. We've solved for things like tagging specific customer segments in our database to make lead routing easier, adding the metro area to all record entries to improve geo targetting for campaigns, and standardizing state, country codes and phone numbers - real important since we use auto-dialing software.
Finally a simple solution for data cleansing
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely convenient to normalize and keep our databases clean of duplicates or useless records. Does not require developers or data scientist. Can be set-up by data driven people, and run by virtually anyone able to press on a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Support is extremely efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The Openprise team have been great partners in our data automation endeavors. They first and foremost listen and understand your business problems and work with you to solve them.

Nothing I dislike - great platform and great people.
