Great platform to use
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and functaniltty of the platform with everything in one place including lms, benefits and recruitment and has great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent found any downsides at the present time.

Single source of tuth for all our employees

What do you like best about the product?
Elmo is very user friendly and does all of the things that we were looking for in an HRIS/Payroll system. All of our staff have been able to use it without too much training. It was fairly easy to implement and has integreated well with Xero which is our accounting system. It has replaced all of our paperbased time sheets, leave request and outlook leave calendar, so it is used everyday by the majority of our staff. The customer support has been pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reports in the payroll side are quite limited and it would be better if we could customise them. To be fair to Elmo though the payroll product is one that they have a licence for it is not their own product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of paper based forms have now been replaced. The HRIS is integrated into the Payroll System which means that there is accuracy in the data. Staff can update some of thier own record. Our old payroll system was client based, not cloud based whihc meant that during events like COVID we needed to be onsite to process the payroll, now we can be anywhere.
ELMO is a great HR software to use for a medium sized company
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite aspects of ELMO are the training, onboarding and recruitment module. ELMO is also easy to learn to use, and can help you to onboard new employees with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
ELMO software can sometimes be a bit rigid. Some aspects can be improved. It would be nice if you could save individual items like qualifications in ELMO, and set specific dates for when each individual item needs to be renewed, and a notification will be recieved when this is required. it would be nice if you could save employee files in ELMO with categories with ease, so that can be stored and also accessed with ease. While you can store files in ELMO, it would be nice if the employee had a folder where all of their training etc could be stored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes recruitment easy, and has a good candidate progile.

What do you like best about the product?
First thing i would like about it is user friendly and covers everything form onboarding to payroll.Also helps to find right person for business with ease. The integration of all the data helps to cover at one go.Used very frequently at my past companies and was one of the best wheneever used it at workplace.The data for payroll hiring helps due to its ease to implement due to its different commands.But when there is some issue regarding anything in this software the support from the customer support end is quick and identifies problem at one go.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike as i have used if frequently all the time it was a very good experience

It help in creating online courses which helps to onboard training that ogranisation can create,customize and meet various requiremnets

everything is located in one platform and we can customise it to add what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is hard to filter for forms, payroll and HR do not integrate well together e.g. if there is a change of manager/position title - that doesnt flow into payroll. employee records are not able to be tracked properly in Elmo, e.g. when an employee has resigned but comes back to the business the system is unable to keep record of that date. Two different accounts need to be created to ensure when reports are pulled data on employees old role and new role are recorded.

The Format, simple to navigate and well set out

Not mobile compatable, if it where obile compatable so can be dobne onsite would be much better

Haven't really encountered many roadblocks with it yet as we have just migrated to ELMO.

One place to access all of your personal and your teams info from a HR perspective
It is quite easy to use.

Akoranga. It is beneficial when it comes to completing work-related courses.

Nothing I came across except there is no app I can install on my phone when needing to complete courses.

Convenient, well presented and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
My training for my role at the Melbourne Cricket Ground with ELMO Software has been very easy and efficient. Their outline of the modules as well as progress status is very easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that ELMO Software was used for more jobs I had, because this software is much better than training modules from other companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ELMO Software is helping me get trained by my employer in an easy way as well as at my own pace. This is something I really appreciate as I am a student, and my availability for most training may be limited.
