ELMO has been a great tool for our community health centre with 300+ staff.

What do you dislike about the product?
Recruitment module needs more attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ELMO Software has helped us streamline the tracking of compliance requirements across a wide range of roles, ensuring we stay on top of essential checks like immunisations, police clearances, and qualifications. Its integration with MyPayRTA has also made it easier to manage the complex mix of EBA entitlements and allowances applicable to our workforce. This has reduced manual processing, improved accuracy in payroll, and ensured we remain compliant with industrial obligations, saving time and minimising errors.

What do you like best about the product?
I found the workflow useful. We are able to set steps and tasks for our new staff members who follow the steps simply and complete the required tasks/documents to be ready for their new role.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some employee details are not transferred to the ELMO payroll. For example: gender, employment type
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes manual tasks easier. In the event, ELMO team explained improvements they made and what other new implementations are coming. Loved what they are doing. Thank you Team.

What do you like best about the product?
Elmo is highly customisable and adaptable. There are a number of features that are useful and the team are looking for feedback to continuously improve which is helpful. It is easy to use for the end user if the administrator has implemented well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to master the platform and can be difficult if you inherit someone else's setup or configurations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Elmo saves me a load of time with its workflows and automations. It hosts a bunch of learning content which makes it easy to report on and notify the user.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the rewards and recognition program as it promotes positive reinforcement across the business. I also love the onboarding and recruitment modules as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there isn't a fully functionally app with everything in one place or push notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have on hand reliable and up to date information for payroll and legal purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you understand the fundamental architecture of the system it is very user friendly and intuitive. It is on a journey of continuous improvement driven by client insights and feedback so becoming more responsive and implementing considerable upgrades.
What do you dislike about the product?
At present the system architecture is based around the user and not roles which e.g., can become cumbersome using the organisation chart feature because when a user departs the system doesn't automatically default to direct reports then reporting to 2 up managers. This has to be undertaken manually and there are a number of modules that have considerable manual aspects to them for actions to be assigned.

Looking at positions more closely rather than just users; Ai generation; mobile App availability

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ELMO software is its configurability and user-friendliness. I can tailor the system to fit Lipman's unique needs, which has been a game-changer for us. The software centralises employee information securely, automates administrative processes, and provides a modern, efficient onboarding experience. ELMO's Learning Management System offers easy access to online learning, and its self-serve functionality allows employees to update their details. The Customer support team are second to none and extremely responsive. For us its been like having an additional team member.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't see any major downsides to ELMO software. However, after some consideration, I think it would be beneficial to have "drag and drop" style functionality and more features in the employee profile. What I do like is that ELMO is constantly updating the system, which shows their commitment to improving the user experience.

ELMO is solving several key problems for us by centralising employee information securely, automating administrative processes, and providing a modern, efficient onboarding experience. It streamlines HR and payroll tasks, eliminates paperwork, and offers easy access to online learning through its Learning Management System. The self-serve functionality allows employees to update their payroll details, saving time and improving accuracy, ensuring we have one source of truth. Overall, ELMO helps us manage our HR functions more effectively and supports our growing workforce.
A simple yet customisable software that support the needs of our business
What do you like best about the product?
As a pre-built product with customisation opportunities, ELMO is a simple to implement and even simpler to use software. Our Account Manager is always providing us with the latest launch notes and taking feedback to ensure that we can utilise the system to the best of our ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some additional customisation would be useful and some modules don't speak to other modules in the way you would expect, but doesn't inhibit their use.

What do you like best about the product?
The automoation and customisation that ELMO offeres is fantastic. Aside from payroll, which I believe is being worked on, having a system where all of it's components 'talk' to eachother is super helpful. Being able to store all our records in one system, as opposed to having them across many, has been great.
The customer success/support team are so fantastic! We've worked with Jo a lot and I can genuinely say that we would not be as 'put together' as we are today without her!

What do you dislike about the product?
Course Builder & CPD plans. Course builder is very clunky and not an intuitive system to use fopr cerating modules when you compare against competitiors. CPD's can not be pro-rated without creating an entirely seperat plan, which is quite annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning pathways for compliance purposes are easier in ELMO.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, Regular feedback, and the data driven insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex Integration, the lack of customization factors and the cost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without structured system like PPA, regular feedback would inefficient and infrequent.
Invest time for a great user experience
What do you like best about the product?
Wide variety of relevant bolt-on products. A downside is that the quality of integration between each of the products is somewhat inconsistent. ELMO has been responsive in making adjustments when flagged.
What do you dislike about the product?
The out-of-the-box solution isn't the most polished but with sufficient time invested, we've got our interface running smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a standalone HR role, the workflows ensure quality and consistency for my stakeholders. That's my favourite part!
