RevPro great for Revenue Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I love how RevPro can be highly customizable to fir any revenue recognition perfomance based on company’s policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface of 3.5 is outdated and old. Performance is slow when uploading and running huge jobs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving manual mistakes by allowing RevPro to calculate everything in an efficient manner.
Good results thanks to Zuora CPQ
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent program for large transactions. We also use Zuora CPQ to manage forms and compile quotes. It provides an extremely high speed of work. Normal personalization, it allows all users to create simple and functional ways to improve work. Quite easy to master this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software has no big drawbacks, the rest is not important.

We use Zuora CPQ to manage forms and compose quotes, as well as conduct transactions.

I really like this program because through its different editions, it adapts to the needs of my company, it allows me to manage the different changes to be made to the products and their prices, as well as the administration of records and administration of taxes.
Zuora has an extraordinary technical support team, because I love that they had effective solutions that met our expectations and needs as a company, I also like that I can extract different reports, because that allows me to observe valuable data for my work meetings, plus that your billing system is very easy to use and is integrated with the sales team system.

What do you dislike about the product?
In truth, there is nothing that I do not like about this program, however, in certain occasions when having so many options it is heavy, but after you get used to it, it is very easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Zuora, this system has been of great help to the company, specifically for our billing process, since previously, we presented faults when subscribing customers as well as price changes and others, but these problems were solved using this system.
It has also allowed our customers to be more satisfied, because when making purchases, billing is done easily and quickly, as well as benefiting our employees because they can work more comfortably and in less time, which It has generated greater benefits for both the work environment and financially.

I recommend this system because it adapts to any type of company, adapts to your needs and has an excellent technical support team. Without a doubt it is a great investment.

Migrating data out of it isn't hard. It has deeper billing capabilities.

Too many records. Quoting can be messy and difficult

Able to recognize revenue for difficult scenarios and cut the time o f the close.

The system is still unstable. There are still many unexpected issues each month and the system can be pretty slow during the close.

What do you like best about the product?
Within Zuora we are able to bill and charge. System reporting is easy to use and create other reports within.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently we do not have Revpro and therefore we struggle with the 606 recognition. We also have Zuora set up to recognize all revenue upfront which causes more work on the back end. The system does not make it easy to see amendments. I am also concerned with the direction Zuora is going in. Are we their target customer.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zuora has taken two different paths in recent years. We are currently on their old track with Amendments to contracts vs. Orders. Due to being on the old track, we have had a disconnect with their current road map, and therefore we as a company have run into issues when processing invoices or having smooth transitions with contracts.

Using Zuora hell’s you organize and get your price offering in order. It also helps sales team sell faster through CPQ.. less human error in quotes.

Some processes have too many steps . Everything is an add on and more money. Reports are not so easy to create .

Tracking of pricing and offers made to customers. Making pricing promotions without coding faster to market.
