BeyondTrust Remote Support makes remote support easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and flexible. The ability to log back in automatically after a reboot allows for a more user friendly and efficient support session.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many features. Sometimes simple works better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to login to an unattended system. This allows us to work independently without the need of a user being onsite.

Good feature set, well priced if on-prem
What do you like best about the product?
Bomgar is a reliable option, having reviewed several other solutions recently it's feature reach. We have the on-prem hosted solution which makes it cost effective (we have perputual licenses from years ago)
What do you dislike about the product?
It works very well, the only thing that can occassionally trip us up is a brief period to apply updates to the appliance, but that's not particularly problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to easily and reliably remotely support our users, on a range of devices. Mostly Windows and Apple., but some linux, chrombook and others.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy that you can improve your security for all your sessions, and you can do easier your life to connect to all your devices and you can have logs or recordings of your sessions
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe that at the beginning could be difficult to implement if you don't know what your assets are and how are store all your users also it's a little bit expensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our case we solved the issue that we could not monitor all the users that are login, with this solution we can prevent that the user share their credentials and also we can have logs for all session that we do
Great tool to connect remotely to internal customers
What do you like best about the product?
The easilbilty to connect to customers via IP Address, computer name or push via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes about BeyondTrust RS!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BeyondTrust allows me to easily assist customers by not only seeing their computer access, but also being able to control actions on their machine.
Solid Product with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
We use the cloud based BTRS and being able to support our customer base from anywhere provides exactly what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the system for over five years has exposed no true weaknesses other than maybe a very large set of options that may not be fully utilized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We support a large base of medical imaging systems and this system simplifies connection and file transfers.

What do you like best about the product?
Whether I'm providing remote support to a customer of collaborating with a colleague, this product makes it simple to connect to other devices and control them remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was once cut off while in a session but maybe it was my network though it was easy to reconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple to share my screen with remote employees and helps me troubleshoot problems on other devices to keep applications stable and enable employees to work efficiently.
Remote support for the win
What do you like best about the product?
With Bomgar Remote support, you can provide support on Windows, Mac, iOS, Linux, and Android. This tool has been a critical save for more remote employees. The ability to do a remote session with a phone and access the camera to see what the user sees is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial buy in and license cost can be steep, however once in the system you appreciate all of the tools. I do wish that the admin config side had more helper tips for use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support on managed and non-managed machines without leaving a huge footprint. Having the end user see that the client is removed at the end of the session gives them comfort knowing "big brother" is not watching after getting help.

It's very easy to use with so many features while controlling a remote PC.
What do you dislike about the product?
While in remote access of the PC, pushing the user for admin elevation is a bit time taking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of taking remote access of the end user's PC without any issues.
Highly flexible and effiecient remote support platform
What do you like best about the product?
Highly customisable remote support tool that works well with multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, iOS and Android). We have enabled SSO so technicians login to the console with their AD credentials. We have also integrated the product with Microsoft Teams. New features are being added all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using SSO to login to the console requires a download to be executed from the browser. Sometimes there are issues with this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote access to all platforms in our environment (Windows, Mac, iOS and Android). Product has been customised to meet our security standards. Product can be integrated with 3rd party products such as Microsoft Teams.
Very helpful for screen sharing and remote desktop

BeyondTrust is really very helpfull tool for accessing others PC 's remotely.
It can be used when someone is facing issues like networking problems or if someone is facing issue with any software installation.

It requires high speed internet thats the downside of beyond trust remote support, also this is not a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to solve technical problems like if some software is not installing properly or if some of my team mates is not able to connect to client desktop.
