Ease of Dynatrace One Agent deployment. AI root cause analysis engine and dashboards.

Learning curve migrating from Dynatrace AppMon

Better service recovery time
What do you like best about the product?
root cause analysis, better recovery time. Avoid finger pointing each other when in war room. Know exactly where the problem is instead of making assumption. Better quality when designing application because now, developers see exactly what the system does. Not hard to use. Multiple technologies support. Do not impact the application performance when adding the agent.
What do you dislike about the product?
License cost (AppMon). License model is not adapt to Cloud. Manual task when need to add application on the AppMon platform. Need to have ops team to manage it and prepare upgrade. Hard to integrate with ITSM

There is a continuous cycle of new features within the product that are somewhat challenging to keep track of.

We have improved the digital experience for our customers and improved site stability.

AppMon is not as valuable as dynatrace and we need to convince our client in investing now in dynatrace

What do you like best about the product?
The AI automation and problems pop up instead of finding a needle in the haystack. Session replay will help to find customer issues that never been diagnosed.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I like it. Need to play around more to tell the dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I did the POC in pre prod environment and AI ability helps to focus on the actual problem instead of troubleshooting so much.
