There's more to Dynatrace than what meets the eye!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the intuitive workflow. The ability to drill down into anything, giving that granularity at multiple levels. Integration and implementation seems like cake walk once you get used to it. I use Dynatrace everyday and the support they offer is swift and focused on resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface can be jittery and I know its because of the trasition from Classic to New interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offering a complete high level view into miniscule part of the infrastructure. Monitoring application as well as infrastructure metrics, making it easy for operations to be well prepared beforehand incase something comes up. This is huge for us.
Cannot wait to try Synthetic monitoring and using Davis

Helps troubleshoot the production issues faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a must tool than nice to have tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Memory issues is always the top one i can remember.

The Proctive approach of detecting problems before crashes occur

Can be a bit expernsive to add new features team wants

Helps with container coniditions, so capicity team adjust resources to cost but maintain system health
As close to single pane of glass as you can get
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pull in so many different sources of information into one solution and make that available to your entire organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
They know the value they provide and charge you accordingly, it can be very difficult to digest the cost of the tool and it can be difficult to manage your organization's consumption of licensing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're broad integrations make it easy to consolidate what used to be multiple tools into one platform. Also, enabling the ability to take what used to just be IT performance information and extract business data from that is a great value add. The automated root cause analysis was also a huge boon to reducing our down time from outages.

When first logging in I could immediately see valuable information and knew how to find more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be daunting to get next level observability and especially automated actions configured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace gives us real info about how users are using apps and exactly what is causing outages or slwodowns.

Maybe is just some expensive for use it in whole company, but the excelled products 8n companies (which pays th cost) it worth the success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the reductions in times in people on regular operations on usual tasks helps to be amazingly peoductive
Have started our transition from legacy tools to Dynatrace
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity for introduction in UI of the tool. The number of apps available keeps increasing and improving. Also having multiple options for data collection has given our implementation options in different environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our biggest issue has been the training to application teams that have no experiance to APM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have intorduced self service to give teams the ability to hands on access to their state of their applicaion. Using DEM adn APM is a big jump from our previous infrastuture monitoring platform.
Ingegrated all in one monitoring solution
What do you like best about the product?
Oneagent is the standout product, being able to instrument an application without further coding is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping metric/logs can be expensive in the long term.

Integrating legecy monitoring solutions into a single pane of glass.
Great Workshops, Great Venue
What do you like best about the product?
The event is very well organized and there's a lot to learn regardless of your experience level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hands-on training sessions are really long and I end up completely fried by the end of the day. Adding one or two more breaks during the sessions would help a lot.
