Staircase AI is helping our Ops to enforce a Customer-Centric approach
What do you like best about the product?
Staircase is helping me better automate and control the CS and customer-marketing Ops behind the scenes. I like the scoring the best, since it provides us with the missing piece our health score needed. Without it, the full story was always incomplete, requiring CSMs to record their inputs on their relationship scores, which is hard to standardize and compare.
I use most the engagement and sentiment score features, as well as team performance and stats reports.

What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike here, perhaps more integrations with our stack, but that’s always work in progress.

Less than a week of integration, game-changing insights on customers
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Staircase AI is its simplicity, integration took us less than a week. We have a lot of customers in the retail world, and stakeholder changes are a pain. Staircase helps us be on top of those changes, with minimal efforts from our end. As a leader, it also helps me connect between topics or feature mentions to customer sentiment.
What do you dislike about the product?
"Dislike" is a strong word. I would say accuracy, but no machine learning is perfect. Staircase does hit 95% of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First thing first - true visibility into all our accounts.
It's hard to keep up with all the accounts, and with Staircase you get a full story of your account in one view. It make it easy both from a daily management perspective and investigation at times of risk.
