This has saved time that would be used on trying to access prompt feedback following back-and-forth emails in getting the correct solution. The links suggested by co-pilot directly provide the required respurce for all tech issues I have faced when using M365

The most valuable feature is SharePoint, where we can easily put files and make them accessible to any person who has access. Additionally, we make use of the live stream feature, which is impressive although I cannot remember its exact name. The user interface of Office 365 is well-designed, featuring a copilot that helps navigate challenges effectively.
What needs improvement?
I haven't considered any new features for improvement yet, because I'm new to using the tool. Maybe in two or three months, I will have suggestions for new features.

We have been using Office 365 more as a collaboration and communication tool. My team and I utilize Office 365 and its sub-products for elements of task management such as planning, the planner feature, the risk board, time card, time off, calendars, and other related features.
What is most valuable?
We have been using Office 365 for tagging critical communications and building communities of practice and centers of excellence. The main feature we use is tagging, which provides notifications and reminders. By creating labels, we can identify tasks with customized labels for project phases, which aids in visualization and reporting. Integrating Outlook with Planner and Teams channels has been beneficial as well.
What needs improvement?
It would be helpful if Office 365 integrated Copilot or more AI capabilities to provide proactive notifications. For task management, AI could offer insights and early indications of overdue tasks by analyzing activity updates. These features could improve intelligence and assistance for users.
