What do you like best about the product?
Customizable, perfect solution for growing businesses in the mid market space.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing seems like a con to me for SAP S/4 HANA
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
currently we use it for most of the modules Fico, MM, PP, SD and looking to use the same for HR and CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud version of the SAP HANA for ERP is straightforward to use and flexible enough to accommodate business configuration. The product is capable enough to handle large volume of data .
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the cloud version is more powerful with its cloud infrastructure, few businesses are still hesitant to store the data in the cloud as they think it could put their company data at risk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The infrastructure we utilised using an on-premise solution wasn't adequate to deal with a large dataset; The cloud helped us here to make our life easy by leaving the infrastructure pain with SAP!
We have been using R3P tool and recently we have migrated to S4 , which is much efficient

Accessibility from anywhere, reliable that your data is safe over your private or public cloud.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, sometime unreliable network can be threat. VPN can be helpful in that scenario but never tried as such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In remote working scenario saps/4HAna have been really helpful in providing round the clock access and help our supply chain sail through when we need it most.

What do you like best about the product?
That it can integrate well with local systems. Provides accurate and real time information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scrolling on the UI can be smoother and the feel can be better. Also the cost is expensive.

SAP provides direct implementation process. Also SAP provides numerous cloud solutions.
It's a robust system that helps run the business and helps leadership to make decisions

It helps maintain a discipline for transactions allowing for easier business management. The tools and functionality allows me to develop production plans that are achievable and meet our customers expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
When new to it it's a bit overwhelming to learn all the different codes for the screens/forms. Not knowing slows things down at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us properly drive inventory based on our sales demand and work with our vendors rather than having to rush everything at the last minute. Our previous system didn't have a way to find out what we could build based on on hand inventory which we can do in SAP.

Liked almost all the modules of SAP. Most important aspect is real time MIS . Apart from transactions, SAC dashboards are most useful insight

Nothing specific; however training should be more elaborate

It's user interface is just awesome,it's like best fit .I will highly recommend this as it has everything a customer needs and at the same time it's easy to use

All products have some issues,but it's good things overcome it that's the product beauty.It can be made beautiful and everything has scope of improvement but it's a beautiful product.

It's solving all the problems for a enterprises at the same it is easy to use.Its ERP software is so much user friendly that it fullfill all our needs.Its very useful.

Issues in the tickets are generally resolved very soon but sometimes we may have the hurdle. Sometimes, the maintenance part may be costlier for the same.
Same goes with troubleshooting but rarely. Less factors to dislike.

Helped in Organisation restructure. Having a enterprise resource planning is very good to stay connected in the different functions of the organisation. Helped in better scheduling jobs, inventory management. Etc
