What do you like best about the product?
No need to worry about carrying my laptop with me all the time. I can access my ERP from anywhere I want with the web access portal. And it is always safe as your working through secure login
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes saving PO on network drive can be issue when you need to manual send the PO it is more of manual search thing. But it is same with other ERP system too.

During remote working sap s/4hana came in handy no worry if office system is working or not, easy login from any device. . Mobility, flexibility and ease of Access

GREAT ERP software
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud based erp solution accessible from anywhere with very minimal downtime. Robust architecture with easy integration with third party apps and data warehousing software solutions

Back end development has become a bit complicated. Expertise required to develop the solution for client as per their requirement. Need to hire consultant for deliverables.

SAP is basically used as an ERP software solutions for maintaining ledger journals and financials of a company. I am using it as a developer to provide customized requirements for clients

Some of the commands and pathways are very time consuming and are illogical

What do you dislike about the product?
Limited customer support on new feature enhancement.
Looking for more feature enhancement in the cloud. It should be great if more reporting is added for analytics purposes.

ERP solution in the cloud helped us in many ways; its easy to migrate from the old environment, and availability is good as there is no significant downtime.

S/4HANA Cloud has made transactions seamless.
What do you like best about the product?
The wide range of services provided by S4 Cloud makes digital transformation very doable for organisations. Products can be extended using APIs and requirements are met.
What do you dislike about the product?
The traffic sometimes leads to delays in transmission of documents (during downtime). The core cloud product cannot be customised at all and only the standard offering is provided to the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Supply Chain is one such area where Cloud has benefitted us immensely. Sourcing, Contract Management, supplier collaboration, business intelligence, dashboards are amongst others.
S4HANA is like never used before for me
What do you like best about the product?
Configuration and UI interface for any kind of S4HANA users is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I frequently use attendance management I which I see when I copy paste the attendance and submit it shows absent on admin side. I mean there are no attendance is shown on backened but it shows to user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't feel any lag as of now.
