Productive Manufacturing Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the automation functionality where user can simply automate the tasks and key processes. With that the digitalization of the complete supply chain management with best UI/UX features is one of the key feature of this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such, I won't say dislike however, there is still scope for improvement in the section of architecture which can be done as multi-tenant. The present solution is the best in the market however it can be made better if we try to design as per the aforementioned tenancy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the scenario of customer ERP, as a customer, I am able to get keep an eye on the notifications, updates, and alerts which is rarely provided by the potential rivals in the market. I would say that the problem of keeping alert regarding the objective is solved in my case.

What do you like best about the product?
SAP S/4HANA is one of the most stables ERP that i ever used.
The simplicity of management is the best, with only a need of use HDB Start or HDB Stop command in command line in RehHat is one the best things to start and stop hana.

What do you dislike about the product?
SAP S/4HANA was sometimes need a lot of customizations, wich is sometimes complicated if you dont have a internal SAP developpment team, so you will need to outsource this implementation who will take some extra costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4HANA was incredible to our industry because SAP is "squared", so what you create, is what you will get after manufacturing and in automotive company the production is almost linnear, and sap applys very well to this situation.

4HANA integration is remarkable as it encompasses modules like Material management with ERP and EWP systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been an update in the UI but it is still not very user friendly.

SSO login has been an issue with numerous password resets often

It provides a clear understanding of entire process through different modules

It doesnt support all the conventional sql functions. If they can improve these things in place then that would be wonderful

SAP S/4HANA is well versed in terms of complete visibility , very easy access & many more compare to predecessor SAP ECC 6.0.
And even you have the option to go back to the old version in the beginning till HANA familiar.

So far we don't have downsides, verified with all my team members in day to day usage & activities, 6 months back we had moved to S/4HANA

Earlier we used to refer many Tcodes ( many screens) for analysis. Will get all in one in S/4HANA. Productivity is improved in a greater extent.

Accessible from anywhere, report generation is very easy. Search is easy. Faster response time. All functions can be managed in SAP.

Transaction codes are bit difficult to remember.

The new icons are bit difficult to understand, in MB21 transaction addition of new line item is bit tricky. In earlier version it was very easy.

SAP S/4 HANA is a great database software which enables us to maintain data efficiently for a longer period of time enables us to provide good service to customers

It is little complex to use so need to provide regressively training to the new employees.
