It solves the problem of on-premise edition by offering everything on cloud

What do you like best about the product?
There is no need for me to carry my laptop with me all the time. Using the web access gateway, I can access my ERP from anywhere. And it's always secure because it uses a secure login. In comparison to its predecessor SAP ECC 6.0, SAP S/4HANA is well versed in terms of comprehensive visibility, extremely easy access, and much more. After the customer accepts the subscription, SAP has complete control over the subscription licenses, system infrastructure, and maintenance. SAP inserts the most recent automated innovation updates into the cloud version on a quarterly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you need to manually submit a purchase order, saving it to the network drive can be a problem. It's more of a manual search, but this is true of other ERP systems as well. It is also difficult to adapt for the new user because working alone without older companions requires too much training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For remote work, SAP S/4HANA was quite useful; no need to worry about whether or not the office system is operational; simply log in from any device. Earlier, we would refer to a large number of Tcodes (screens) for analysis. S/4HANA provides all-in-one functionality, increasing efficiency. SAP S/4HANA unlocks the promise of cloud-based ERP by increasing efficiency, enabling rapid deployment, maintenance and support, and providing a flexible subscription model.

Able to capture minute details and get great reports on dashboard as insights. Loved the user interface and ease of using. Can be configured to industry specific, which is a great thing for us

Needs orientation to get full control on the system

Great insights on what is happening in the operations. Reports. cost calculation and leakages in the cost. Saving time on mundane tasks. Cost optimization of our process.

SAP is one of the best designed ERP system.
It has absolutely fantastic reporting and dashboard system. Some of the reports can be customized and be available on click of button. Ageing reports like inventory ageing, receivables and payables ageing, Auto Balance sheet generator are very useful feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is bit costly since it comes as a package and small scale industries with less budget find it difficult to afford. SAP should come up with a solution of offering only fee module and lower the price specially for IT companies who may not need MM/SD module.

We tried / evaluated SAP for reporting solution. It is one of the best in its range.

sometimes it can be laggy and slow, interface coloring is not as modern

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is obviously the option of Cloud compared to the traditional on premise edition. SAP manages all the tasks like DB administration, DB management, security ( The main factor ). Being SAP's product, the trust is higher.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost involved in the complete implementation and ownership is still higher. The tool is not very easy to use for a first timer and needs some training before anyone can get comfortable.

The challenges of implementation and maintenance of a traditional om premise solution is no more there after the introduction of SAP S/4HANA cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
It is on premise ERP solution. It ensures a seamless user experience with accessibility from anywhere. It is easy to store and access the data. Attaching documents are simpler. Running reports are on your finger print with best analysis of your data. Automated data expert.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike. But they can improve the GUI to get it more attractive. Sometimes I feel like if the data is huge, generating the report takes more time.

It helped to simplify the business process by reducing manual efforts. Meanwhile it improves the accuracy, reduces the time taken. And provides a streamlined workflow. All the reports were automated.

SAP has upgraded the underlying architecture of the system in S/4 Hana and it has its advantages for any large enterprise whose processes are mature

implementation is time consuming and complex and required lot of bandwidth in configurations, development and testing

It is our enterprise ERP system and helps in recording of core transactions of the company. it has made the organization more productive and is helping it scale

A centralized place to manage your resources, human and providers. It's so easy once you get the hang of it

I felt that the learning curve was not exponential, at least for me, it took a while to get the hang of it

Instead of using paper or different systems for different products, Sap 4Hanna allows to do everything in a single place

What do you like best about the product?
Once you get used to the software, it is a beast for processing any transaction or analytics. I was impressed with the processing speed, especially for real-time analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a big learning curve, and as someone without experience, it takes time & effort. But after this, it's a great software to work with!
