What do you like best about the product?
Data storing and updating is one of the most important elements of this program that benefits me and my organization a lot, its distribution component is also highly effective. SAP S/4HANA Cloud meets the requirements of various business models as long as project goals are set, and they will fit the goals perfectly. The best aspect is the ease with which you can search the database; does not offer batch processing since it supports real-time data processing. Real-time data processing makes it a default choice for IoT Solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
This program has a little flaw that I dislike: more than three tabs cannot be used simultaneously. Some application security has to be enhanced, and automated procedures might be troublesome since they require user involvement before they can be completed. The most significant disadvantage, as everyone would agree, is that it only supports SAP HANA as a back end database system, and the main business suite is built on top of it, which is a significant constraint for any organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program is really beneficial to me and my firm in a variety of ways, including data storage, plan execution, and distribution analysis. It is one of the most dependable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, providing high-level user experiences for dealing with complex and difficult business challenges. Handling buy requests and orders is extremely simple; we can also verify stock with one click; it is the finest way to monitor inventory. SAP S/4HANA Cloud addressed the demand for the availability of a composite ERP system; nevertheless, the integrated system has limitations; we can support our IoT solutions that require real-time data extraction on an individual basis.

the best thing i like is that is stores data in memory instead of a hard disk so it allows one to run highly advanced analystics and also can be used to run high speed transactions.

its bit more complex since there are way to many commands one needs to use to get to the items one is looking for so which makes it a bit time consuming would have appreciated if some unwanted steps or action can be removed and get everything under one option. Also i feel that it would require a considerable amount of memory since it does not have hard disk and ultimately it becomes time consuming as well.

Additionally, I appreciate how it's quite legitimate and robust, so it can be used in conjunction with inquiries from other sources to obtain information from SAP Tables. Your data may be accessible from anywhere, and you can be confident that it is secure in your private or public cloud.

Several businesses are still hesitant to use cloud-based technologies to manage company data. I realize that the cloud can be scalable, but the software's security can be adequately described. It relies on customisation to tailor the solution to specific company requirements, but this makes it prohibitively expensive for small businesses.

You may eliminate your dependency on Prophet data sets as the key product engine with SAP S/4HANA. While every ERP vendor offers this capacity in some form or another, the S/4HANA platform is uniquely tailored for speedier handling and speed. Sometimes users face slowness due to Internet slowness. Otherwise, no significant challenges have been met so far. Initially, we had so many questions in our minds about accessibility.

SAP S/4 HANA Cloud is helping us to manage hardware requirements quickly. Almost all functions and processes use this ERP, which is critical for us. We increase and decrease the sizing on demand.

Migration to S4 HANA is time-consuming and challenging.

It offers analytical assistance and is effective in terms of performance. SAP S/4HANA Cloud is the greatest tool to utilize and change data suitably and store it on the cloud as needed, and we may save it in the same format. Because SAP S/4HANA is a cloud-based system, we can easily access data and save time, and it is also a one-stop solution for accessing data from several departments in one system, making my job much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional assistance is required for things like integration and Interface improvements to make it more user pleasant. Sometimes I didn't receive quick help, it took too long to find a solution, and a little UI tweaking would have made it much nicer and easy to use. The cost portion is a little pricey for the individual user, but it may be utilized in bulk or by a company or group of individuals to work.

SAP S/4HANA has aided us in smoothly integrating demand and supply planning, which would have been a time-consuming effort. The major goal is to assist others in finding the best answer, storing data in a data warehouse, and assisting individuals in manipulating data. What do you like best about the product?
Whilst the organisation used SAP S/4HANA for agreement profitability and negotiation in the marketing arena, we trialled the system in contract-labour and enterprise agreement scenarios. Integrations with finance and HR data allowed for a much simpler modelling process throughout all negotiations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not the best answer this question as our particular use-case was not the ordinary use-case for the product. I had zero issues, however I can image that without a broader SAP ecosystem the integrations that make the system so useful would be difficult and costly to setup and manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used this for contract labour supply negotiation and management, along with Enterprise Agreement negotiation and management with multiple stakeholders. Very happy with what we were able to achieve.
