Best_ERP for developement
What do you like best about the product?
It is a memory dataabse, Lower cost, More accurate, Analytical insight , Automation, Visulaisation and with the help of this our business and work are more progressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support, price should be a little bit cheaper, time-consuming to implement, Only run on SAP database

It is beneficial for Enterprise Asset Management, Discrete ERP, Invoice management, Mixed mode erp

Easy to use not complicated system. most best part is that we can put transcation code and report can be generated. There are many softwares in the market but the efficiency and ease of use that SAP provided is unmatchable

The cost and the implementation part is the most difficult aspect of the ERP system. SAP needs to work wit h the client for a longer period and also provide the support at all times till the Pilot run is finished
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The financial closure is very smooth and the invoice processing in the real time helps the team to recognise the revenue on a timely basis. the reconciliation of the reports are so smooth and the analystics can be generated based on the latest data available. these things are small but goes a long way to add value to our company

This system is expensive due to its many valuable features. It may take some time to customize sap s/4hana to a companys need. planning and compatibility testing is needed.

scalability,cost saving,flexibility and improved security. Challenges involved in the migration process including data migration, application compatibility and integration challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
Accessible across various platforms- online using URL and offline as well. This allows better integration with my colleagues. It also is easy to link to other 3rd party applications
What do you dislike about the product?
There are similar features available in the market as AWS. I would like to have a Gen AI kind of feature in the future in SAP where after integrating with other applications, it gives me predictive insights.

SAP S/4 is being used to tackle the supply chain and logistics issues. I have been using it to resolve E2E issues in pharma organisations. S/4 is the future undoubtedly.
Comprehensive ERP platform covers sales and order management
What do you like best about the product?
It supports all incoming and outgoing orders, sales follow-up and manage necessary coordination with our different departments. SAP S/4HANA Cloud edition is more useful for us, because the cost of implementation and support is less than other editions. Compatibility and adaptability with other softwares of SAP will saves a lot on the cost of transferring and processing data.

Considering it's features and compatibility with different SAP products, I don't see any problems with it.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is a complete ERP software that completely manages our sales and order management system. We had a very good performance in managing invoices, tracking orders and distributing services using the public cloud version. The two most important advantages of the SAP S/4HANA cloud version are that, firstly, it has reduced the cost of setting up and support is less than other versions, and secondly, data process is faster and safer on the cloud platform. This comprehensive ERP software has made our work more organized and faster, sales have increased and company costs and expenses have decreased.
I was amazed how SAP S/ 4HANA can give real time analytics and insights about my business data.

SAP S/ 4HANA offers flexibilty , scalability and accessibility. Its decision making optimization and integrated modules has improved collaboration between departments. Role based access and personalised dashboards cater to specific needs of users

Licensing fees is expensive. Complexity of implementation. There are limitations on customisation. Third party integration can be improved

The cost of SAP and maintenance is very steep. Experts need to be hired for the services required. Help is available but often users need to be hand holded in the pilot phases of the implementation

The cloud helps us give real time data ad also suggests the use for words for better analysis. Real time reports can be extremely helpful in crisis response situations

To begin with the Sap system has a data integration that has no match to others. The best thing about this system is that we never have to reach out to stakeholders for the information required and everything is available at the fingertips

The cost per head is very high. The storage and server lacks efficiency sometimes. Blockages happen when we don't remember the TCodes. The system is a bit difficult initial users

What do you like best about the product?
This application enables us to easily integrate with other application and business process . It acts as a single application which can easily be linked and integrated to others in single click . It's quite simple and easy. Ease of navigation within the function through SAP one can easily do B2C cycle , like we can track and do payments of vendors on single click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain time the data integration and reflection gets difficult to understand for the beginners and few attributes are difficult to understand and incorporate in day to day activities

It benefits to maintain the record of the clients invoicing and also updates on the inventory control. It enables one to get the clear picture about the current stock available vs expected sales forecasting
