What do you like best about the product?
It's powerful ERP platform based on cloud technology that supports all automation tasks of the company and various departments. SAP S/4HANA through the artificial intelligence embedded in it, detects the amount of sales to customers increases in what time frames. It has simple user-friendly dashboard showing all performance summary reports and the ability to display accurate statistics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has all the necessary reports and the ability to connect to daily SAP softwares and applications. We never had a problem that hindered our work. It also has very good support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product distribution and invoice management takes less time and money through SAP S/4HANA Cloud. It's Complete ERP with sales report and powerful statistics. Integrated communication between different units of the organization, including the software production department, the organizational development sector, and the sales department are all directly communicating and interacting with each other. Our profitability has increased due to the integration and speed of information exchange. Accurate statistics have made everything predictable in our market. More income and saving time in handling orders is the positive point of SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
SAP S/4HANA is the perfect platform that handles all ERP processes like invoice management well. More so, SAP S/4HANA has a stable financial close, which helps hold different financial burdens. Lastly, SAP S/4HANA is manageable in increasing the procurement process.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP S/4HANA has no marketing structures, which are very friendly in improving sales extensions. Eventually, SAP S/4HANA is more realistic in grasping all the needs for financial provisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4HANA is quality and discrete, and it manages all the invoices and professional services that are well aggregated. Besides, the SAP S/4HANA process all the ERP needs to improve business coordination. More so, SAP S/4HANA ensures all the assets are collectively managed to bring good service and performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Because SAP S/4HANA delivers all modules in one location, financial closing chores are simplified; simply record the entry that will hit and adjust on all associated accounts. SAP S/4 HANA Cloud makes it simpler to monitor and track all closure phases, allowing for immediate corrective measures; cloud availability, which leads to lower maintenance costs and worldwide accessibility; and template-based process steps for most closing processes, which leads to better user education.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the report is large, it might take some time to get it, and sometimes Excel has problems running the report, making it quite time consuming. Moving from the previous closure process to the closure process in S/4HANA involves a procedure as well as a mentality shift. As a result, significant efforts and contributions from the organization's change management teams are necessary to engage all users. Furthermore, the one-time implementation cost is substantial, and the business case must clearly justify this expense before using SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud assists in providing financial statements, closing the account at the end of the period, including vendor verification checks and correct authorisation to protect the company's and users' interests. We have two main aims for implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud: first, a speedier closure process at the end of each month, which leads to faster reporting, and second, sophisticated S/4HANA analytics capacity. Furthermore, a speedier closing saves bandwidth for the financial team, which may then be employed in other productive duties, resulting in the optimization of efforts and resources.

Easy go through vedio for feature usage. Challenging for new users.

As an administrator it is helpful for me to track record of all entries. Easily extractable data .

Sometimes it can be challenging to navigate through the different features and configurations, especially for new users. It would be beneficial to have more intuitive tools and training materials available to make it easier to get started with the system.

One of the best feature is it's ability to integrate with third party applications with ease. It gives you automatically generated dashboards with relevant analytics insights.

Cost is the biggest hurdle in adopting HANA. It takes time and effort to customize HANA and you'd require a system integrators services to implement HANA for your organization. These services will increase your costs apart from the licensing cost.
