What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to control my operations in real-time from anywhere and has AI and analytics tools to match my requirements. I may install it on-premises, in the cloud, or a hybrid. It also allows me to experiment with different business ideas and develop abroad. My firm and staff found it quite simple to adjust to this programme. It has made a huge difference in our overall efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very costly because the product is expensive; if the company is not large enough to fully utilise it, alternative items may be more cost-effective. Additionally, it sometimes gets stuck When I wish to export a more significant number of line item data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud solves my business problems by enhancing efficiency, providing real-time insights, supporting global expansion, enabling adaptability, improving customer experience, and optimising costs.

It provides limited customization options and its implementation is complex.

It helps the business to manage sales and procurement and automate the workflow by eliminating manual work. It provides a report and analytic future to process and analyze the data. It helps in invoice management and managing and storing the invoice.

SAP S/4 HANA has made advanced technologies including embedded analytics that can be used in development of business. The in memory technology of integrated SAP HANA works more efficiently and required less storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customisation can be hard and time consuming , licensing is expensive. There can be growth in functionality and complementary modules is required.Tough to operate for incumbent.

SAP S/4 HANA has benefitted my organisation to make their own protocol inside structure.Data managment is more accurate. Its ensures productivity and saves time.

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive edition under the cloud to manage the organization's work. All the steps of placing an order, referring to the supplier and shipping unit and sending the final invoice to the buyer are all done in a quick process through SAP S/4HANA Cloud. This is a comprehensive and ready to run software that has shortened the work steps in our company at the lowest cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is the most complete software in the field of ERP and I have not had any errors, bugs or problems with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paperwork and long processes of order registration and referral to the supplier department have been greatly simplified. Featuers like integrated Ai and RPA with smart machin leaerning increasing our workflows and business innovations. Creativity and speed of action in our organization have increased, and profitability in the process of placing orders and finalizing sales has become much faster, and employees can manage more orders.

From scheduling business appointments, calling reminders, as well as setting up business contracts and issuing final invoices, it has many other features that I don't feel lacking or have any problems with it.
