What do you like best about the product?
On the positive aspects I must highlight of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, including the comprehensive functionality to manage analytical reports, we love having a single database because our developers can focus on higher-value tasks, eliminating those repetitive tasks that take a lot of time. We like that it is fully cloud-based; it makes it easier and simpler to understand and implement. The interface is very well done. I want to highlight the practical module it offers for financial management. We have been able to improve our accounting thanks to this service. SAP S/4HANA Cloud is fully automated, and we have been able to eliminate those manual tasks that did not allow us to move forward in the development of our applications. It always updates the database as we complete transactions, which is really a robust system that has no comparison with other services I've tried. The accuracy of the data is another feature that I want to highlight in this review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its price is not the most accessible; the truth is that we have had to pay a good amount of money for its use, but I must admit that it has been worth it; the growth we have achieved since its implementation is excellent. Another problem I have noticed is that the page load times when navigating the interface can be slow if you don't have a fast network connection. I would like more customization options.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is a brilliant product with an excellent user interface which is very modern and intuitive and makes me easy to navigate. The innovative technologies like AI & ML used in SAP S/4HANA make my repetitive tasks automative.

One thing that disappoints me the limited hardware requirements or compatibility. Start-ups like us need more investment in hardware to make the requirements met which increases the cost.

The most helpful feature is the built-in connections, which allow for quick and easy access to credentials and data, and because it is cloud-based, it can be used from anywhere with excellent network connectivity.

Customization necessitates a significant amount of technical skill and resources, and connection with other applications or data sources necessitates additional technical personnel with in-depth understanding of the instrument. When extracting data, performance is not always optimal and might occasionally freeze/fail. Much of this might be due to how my organization is set up, but it could be quicker.

Big data platform for intelligent enterprise has the best transactional, analytical processing I have seen in the market, hybrid cloud and multi-cloud hosting, operates on strategic information from data, a pillar for the development of our company, a combination of a solid database with a complete service for the creation of enterprise applications, enterprise-grade in-memory architecture, great speed for data processing, much faster than those we use based on disks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many ways to get data processing; however, in many occasions, they do not agree with each other; at first sight, the interface seems simple, but it requires expertise to get the most out of it; exorbitant prices for small companies, I would not recommend its acquisition to companies that are starting in the data processing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have benefited from its use in creating enterprise applications, preparing cloud offerings outside of the third-party database on the Hana platform, and creating solutions capable of bringing transactions and analytics together in a single database.
