What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is that it gives live data, which helps take quick and smart steps. It connects well with other SAP tools like SAP concur, making teamwork better. Auto updates save time. Also, built-in best methods help finish tasks faster, with fewer mistakes, and make work easier to handle. It automized process flow and improved productivity. It convert manual process flow in more efficient and organised flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud is expensive, which is hard for small companies. Setting it up takes time and needs skilled people. Some parts are hard to learn without training. Updates can change tools suddenly. It doesn’t allow much change, so it may not match every business need perfectly without extra work or changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main business problem is solved is that regulatory body trust enhance during audit which is least for manual documentations.It saves our time by automation of process flow.SAP S/4HANA Cloud brings many business jobs into one system, like Manufacturing, Quality, Store and accounts. It helps teams work better together. Live data helps in making fast and smart choices. It also reduces manual work, making tasks quicker and more correct, which improves overall business flow.

What do you like best about the product?
1) Less upfront investment to deploy SAP solution than SAP On premise
2) SAP provides maintenance, upgrades, and security updates
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Less options of customization
2) On premise SAP solution can be easily integrated with legacy systems. Cloud solution has limitations for integration with legacy systems.

1) Rapid deployment of SAP solution for client
2) Less initial investment as the SAP provides infrastructure.

Powerful Planning Resource with Good Finance Capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
Once it’s set up, it works really well. Finance stuff runs smooth, and reporting is fast. We use it across teams and it helps us stay aligned. It’s way better than the old system we had before. Also nice that it’s all cloud now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Took forever to get it configured how we wanted. Some screens are confusing and not super user friendly unless you know what you’re doing. Also it’s not cheap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a bunch of tools before for finance and procurement and it was all over the place. Now it’s all in one place and the data actually lines up. Makes close faster too.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is helping to solve real-time data integration problems, facilitating decision-making based on updated and accessible information. It has also been optimizing logistics and supply chain processes, reducing errors and increasing efficiency. Furthermore, with its flexibility, it is assisting in adapting business processes to the specific needs of the company, resulting in cost reduction and increased productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to access and understand the basic principles. Huge possibilities to customize the system to the own process needs while stying inside the standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complicated implementation that can only be performed with the aid of expensive consulting companies. Incident handling often slow and it is unclear who is responsible for what.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using SAP S/4HANA Cloud for some time now, and overall, it’s been a game changer for our business operations. The real-time insights and integration across departments really help us stay on top of everything—from finance to supply chain—without switching between multiple systems. Being cloud-based, it’s easier to scale and keeps us updated with the latest features without major downtime. The interface is much cleaner and more user-friendly than traditional ERPs, though it took some time to get used to. For companies looking to modernize and streamline their processes, I’d definitely recommend giving it a serious look.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is that it can be pretty complicated to set up at first. It takes a good amount of time and effort to get everyone trained and comfortable with it. Sometimes the system feels a bit overwhelming, especially if your team isn’t used to SAP products. Also, while the interface is nicer than older versions, it’s not always super intuitive. And because it’s cloud-based, you don’t have as much freedom to customize things exactly how you want compared to on-premise solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud has really helped us simplify and speed up our invoice management process. Before, handling invoices was time-consuming and prone to errors because data was scattered across different systems. Now, with everything integrated in real-time, we get instant visibility into invoice status, approvals, and payments. Automation reduces manual data entry and errors, which saves a lot of time and avoids delays. This has improved our cash flow management and vendor relationships since payments are more accurate and timely. Overall, it makes the whole invoicing process smoother and much less stressful for the finance team.

What do you like best about the product?
We like using S/4 Hana for our plant maintenance needs. Easy navigation and use for our end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! We enjoy it. We wish our IT department had more knowledge on adopting more applications.
